Tv didn't work. Wifi was very slow. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit lame. A slice of white bread with peanut butter, that's it.

Awesome location in China Town - loads of markets on the streets around the place. Staff very friendly, good suggestions for sight seeing etc. Nice common room to hang out in, very very good air in each room, breakfast is just toast, peanut butter and jam - could have been more options. Good, safe place, everyone was chilled and friendly :)

The hotel is located near the china town, many chinese restaurants around. The staff there is very nice and helpful. The decoration is of antique beauty.Everything is fine, except the bar under the hotel. There is a disco bar on the first floor. So,the music is loud till 3a.m everyday.but if you don't mind of this, it's really a good hostel to live

Very nice place to stay, our twin room was spacious and clean, located in the centre of Chinatown but with two coded doors so its very secure. Staff were helpful and tea and coffee is always a bonus. It is a little pricey but you do get what you pay for!

Good for short term stay in KL, it's centrally located, they have reliable internet, hot showers, and cleaning staff. The comments about the noise from the nightclub is partially true, but if you bring earplugs, you'll sleep through the night no problem. The staff is nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying there. It's a great place, very clean, 3 min walk to the LRT station that brings you everywhere in no time. Shared bath is no problem even if you are used to stay with private bathroom.

A great place to stay in the heart of KL Chinatown. Many nice features: very clean common bathrooms, a common kitchen, computers with good internet connection. Close to many attractions. Helpful stuff available whole night. Overall, we had nothing to complain about.

Hostel was in a very good location at the base of the chinatown markets. It has the best security I have experienced in any hostel I have stayed in. The staff to were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, which is important as KL is extremely hot.

The hostel was so clean and the staff were great! Once inside the hostel everything was ok. I was just unsure of the location but that is not the fault of the staff!!

Lovely Hostel. We were in a very small basic room but it served its purpose for a couple of nights. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We have already booked to stay again when we have finished our travels and are on the way home.

Really enjoyed our stay here, was very clean and in a good location to the LRT to get anywhere in the city. We arrived really early in the morning and we were offered a dorm bed and were allowed in our room at 6am. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest places we stayed at in south east asia in 3 months, Thankyou!

I really enjoyed my stay with Reggae, the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive when my luggage was lost by the airline. The hostel only has a few rooms so it never feels too busy or crowded and was very secure. I would recommend booking in advance as backpackers who showed up were either told it was full or quoted a price which was twice what we had paid online. The only thing I would say is that the rooms were very small and I felt a little mislead by the photos of the rooms on the site

I can't praise this hostel enough. The location is just minutes away from the major LRT line; the rooms and bathrooms are always clean; the free breakfast and wi-fi is great; and the security into the hostel as well as the room locks are great for keeping your belongings safe. This is a perfect hostel for budget travelers and I will definitely return on my next trip to KL:)

The guest house has a different theme from the other guest house or hostel. Quiet place, very-very accessable to anywhere, easy come, cleanest place and overall, 9.9 from 10 !

Music from the bar next door is a little loud after midnight and this detracts from the overall experience for those of us that like to make an early start to the tourist day.
