a delux double room without windows isn't what we excepted from a so highly rated location. the wifi from the guesthouse wasn't working and the staffs did not do anything against it.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It i squeaky clean, very secure and most helpful staff. I would certainly recommed it to fellow travellers.

The Reggae Guesthouse was one of the cleanest i have ever been. The Staff is very friendly and very helpfull. Just one thing i didnīt like. Because its next to the Reggae Bar it is very loud at night, which was not so nice. But if you donīt mind that, it is very good.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent wifi in the rooms. Would stay here again except we did not like KL. You can hear the bass from the nightclub but airconditioning covers the sound =o)Recommended!!!

The backpacker is really clean and comfortable. It's really a good place in Kuala Lumpur. The neighborhood of Chinatwon is quiet good as weel and close from all the main place. But the Reggae Bar, just under the backpacker, is a trap. Don't go in this place. It's really too expensive. Just ten meter further, you may have better beer for three or four time less.

My flight was delayed. Even though I sent an email informing the hostel, they sold off my room. They were reasonable by helping me get another room

Best cheap sleep in chinatown...Wonderful clean funky guesthouse, more like a boutique guesthouse than the generic 'backpacker' kind. Staff are really nice and friendly and full of helpfull advice. free brekkie, free internet and dvd lounge.. mint!!
