We stayed in reggae guesthouse two and one. It is more expensive than other hotels, but we payed the price in order to have no troubles. What a disappointment! The second one wwas crawling with bedbugs! We went to the reception to switch rooms and were told we could do so in the morning! after we insisted on having a new one now, we got one. In the end, we had to shift all our staff three times and did not get any refund or apology for the bedbugs night.

There is a reason that this guesthouse is famous to the travelers. Most of all, I'd like to praise the kind and friendly staffs.

We arrived at Reggae House 2 and were told we had to stay at Reggae House 1. So we set off in the rain and walked up the road to the other place. Our room with no window had a vent that provided air that stank of sigarette. I don't think smoking is acceptable in these conditions. When we wope up in the morning we discovered a crack in the wall by one of the beds, the cosy nest of hundreds of bed bugs. So we left. The room carpets we very dirty!! We never got to see RH 2 so fairly disappointed!

Great location. Hostel is clean value for money. On a note the 6 bed dorm rooms are a tight squeeze for room but nothing of major concern. Staff are nice and knowledgable of getting around KL I previously stayed at reggae guest house 1 next to the reggae bar down the road and that to is great hostel to stay at

Really lovely clean, quiet hostel. Fantastic for meeting people, although the common area is only a table and chairs, no couches. Super comfortable beds and the shower is amazing. The staff were really lovely and helpful too, they got my holiday back on track again. I would for sure recommend here.

Air conditioning system needs to be updated. The heat was unbearable and the air conditioning was insufficient.

Clean place, relaxed atmosphere and your stuff is save. Very friendly and helpful staff, if you're looking for something they are eager to help you. Wifi is good, free use of computers and simple but fine breakfast. There are only two showers so you might have to wait once in a while, but I didn't mind. I would go there again, you can get some decent sleep and if you want to party/shop everything is close by.

Nice chilled guesthouse close to Petaling St but with none of the hustle and bustle. Kept very nice and clean, with free breakfast and fast WiFi. Staff helped me a great deal when I needed to find a doctor, and were generally very friendly. Rooms are on the smaller side, and there are only 2 showers, but overall I really liked the place.
