We stayed one short night at the Hostel but found the staff friendly and helpful. Conditions were cramped but then the living space was well equipped, clean and with all that was needed.

The location is good if u wanna stay in chinatown. It's a safe place and although the two beds room we stayed is pretty small, it was good enough to suit our one night sleep needs. The bathroom needs improvement and the toilet was pretty dirty..

I had trouble with the Indian guy when changing one of my days. He didnt not write it in the book and didnt issue a reicept and tried getting me to pay twice. The wasnt the first time and I wasnt the only one that had trouble. The other staff are now aware of what he is doing. Other than that this hostel is very clean though only one male and one female shower which wasnt enough. I would stay again however as its location is excellent.

Reggae was a small but very nice hostel. The double room we had was very nice. The only thing is there is only one toilet and one shower for all female guests to share.

We actually stayed at Raggae mansion but the booking went throttle Reggae Guesthouse 2. It is an amazing hostel! Coolest place I've ever stayed! Fantastic staff, great food and accommodations and they have tons of stuff to do within the hostel! I definitely recommend this place to anyone going to KL! Loved it!

Even though i only stayed 2 nights, the hostel was a great place to relax and chill out after a long day of walking the loud and busy streets of KL. The staff were extremely helpful at anytime of the day or night and it was quiet the entire time so i could get a good nights sleep. Keep up the great work guys!

Saying 'breakfast is served' is not the same as self serve bread, jam and a toaster. On Hostelworld's website it had 'breakfast included' ticked, I find this misleading. The WiFi was the slowest I have ever seen. It was timing out on Hotmail, Google and Facebook, the net's biggest sites. One toilet and one shower with a divider door is not sufficient for that many male guests. Ventilation in the bathroom is vital. It says pool, the pool 5 mins walk in another location, I find that misleading.

Rooms are too small but other than that nothing more to complain! Excellently clean!

A very cozy place located near LRT station. Transportation is quite convenient. The staff is quite helpful. I may go there again if I go to KL in future.

I would stay here again, property and room were very clean, although staff didn't seem too be able to offer than suggestions about where to eat/ go out for the evening, but this is something I could have researched on my own before arriving in KL. about 500 metres from metro and close to Night Market.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Reggae Guesthouse 2. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love Tom and she was in my room. There was only two drawbacks at this hostel, one was the fact that there is only two bathrooms for the general population and the men's bathroom was cleaner than the women's. The other was that breakfast was advertised and it was just toast, jam, PB and J, coffee and tea so make sure that you take something with you if you are use to having full breakfast.

Second time I stayed in Reggae Guest House 2. Great location close to Chinatown, friendly stuff, very clean rooms, a hot and nice shower, free breakfast and a lot more. Perfect to start or end a trip to Malaysia!!

We waited 3 hours to have our room!!! first, the guy at the reception said us to wait a few minutes, aferwards he sent us in an another hostel. We had to come back of course, and he said again to wait again, laughing!!!!! No way!! Hostel is clean, but rooms are very very very small! We had a double room, which is a room of 1,50m on 2m, so 3m³ for two people!!!!! awful...

Must be the cleanest guesthouse I have stayed at and I have travelled for 20 years. Staff are great. Only improvement would be ventilation in the shower room. Otherwise I highly recommend.
