The staff were extremely helpful and very eager to assist. I found this place to be more like a hotel than a hostel. The only downside would be the freezing cold aircon being cranked during the eve, other than that I had no other issues.

Hey dear...hope all is doing well with you guys. I really enjoyed staying there, esp in the rooftop and the brown sofa on the corner next to laundry room. Both are my favorite places for looking solitude. Thanks for everything, keep up the good work! and yeah, your teams work are awesome!! See you around :)

Great hostel, a little noisy with thin walls/roof insulation. Apart from that really good.

One of the best hostels ever. It was safe, fun and there was a lot to do. The dorms were clean and very nice, the compartment idea is great and the staff is awesome.

A nice lounge area would be great! And I missed the reggae atmosphere. In the restaurant and in the yard I would prefer more relaxed lounge music and not modern pop or dance music. The rest was perfect and I enjoyed my stage! Wonderful good and helpful stuff!

The showers are always cold. That was probably the worst thing. Everything else was enjoyable.

Great hostel in a good location. I unfortunately got one of the beds under the rooftop bar, so could hear music playing through the ceiling until around 1 am, but apart from that it was a really good stay. It's a clean hostel with good facilities and a decent breakfast. I'd recommend the hostel but double check where your room is.

Location is prime, a few minutes walk to the train station and tons of great and cheap restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and the guests were all amazing to live with. Cleanliness was impeccable too.

Best hostel so far! Although I stayed in the female dorm and the maids/cleaners treat it like there staff room , in there everyday chilling out and shoes off sitting on the black comfy puffer type thing. They come in as early as 8am making loud noise as if there's no one sleeping! They play music and stack their magazines and leave their belongings in there!

Really satisfied with my stay here... Loved having my own little cubicle in the dorm-style rooms for privacy and complimentary breakfast was basic but a nice touch. Staff was helpful for the most part. Possibly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Did the 'Seven Wonders' tour, which was a good way to meet ppl and easily get to sights like Batu Caves, but wasted time at the end being forced to visit a few shops. Really annoying, and tainted the tour for me.

no complaints about this place. the most lush hostel i have ever stayed in (haven't stayed in many). wi-fi, filtered water fountain, and really friendly staff that if treated with respect are extremely helpful. saw another couple of travelers being super rude… what do you expect in return?

One of the best hostels that i have stayed in around the world. Location is good, near to China town and also the train station. Was only there for one night and spent it with my friends who live in KL but it did seem quite easy to meet people at the hostel. However, if you are going there to get peace and quiet, this is probably not the place for you.

Clean, great food at great prices, every little thing has been though about from hidden cupboards behind your own personal mirror to personal sockets and reading light. Double pod beds with curtain. Will go back and will recommend.
