Awesome place to stay in kl. Pretty clean and everything is nice, could not believe that this is a hostel. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well, considering that its a hostel. Only downpart was the bed as it was just a matress on the hard floor which does not make it very comfortable

Reggae Mansion was great. It has potential to be amazing but needs a bit more attention to detail. We were greeted each and every time we walked in or out of the hostel and felt like we were safe and secure there. If you are looking for a hostel that is cozy and feels like home, this is not it. The bedding and walls could've been cleaner and the bathroom needs some work since the shower makes everything wet (mildew/mold). Overall, it was a good experience and their breakfast was AWESOME!

only annoying thing was that when we were drinking beer in restaurant (we were sitting outside and in the last table) then someone came to check on us in every 2mins. I'm sure they saw from far away that our beers we'rent finished yet and it was really annoying that when we were communicating with each other, then someone of the staff just walked next to us and then walked back... and like 10 000 times. Too much staff maybe? So they were bored or smth :)

This is more like a hotel than a hostel, you get a curtain on your bunk too, So you've basically got your own room. They've got a great rooftop bar, and so close to the LRT, and 20 seconds to McDonald's!

The only thing I can really complain about is that, when I wanted to do laundry, the laundry room staff and the front desk staff seemed to have different opinions on where I could get coins. To their credit, both parties offered me coins from their own wallets! But this seems like an opportunity for a change machine at the laundry room. Also, it would be nice if the downstairs bar stays open later. It's a nice place to hang out and get some internet activities done while having a drink.

I loved our stay here; staff is very friendly and the building is lovely. You get everything you need: towels, air con, drinking water stations in the hallways. There's a big book case for avid readers and enough areas to sit and chill. The private rooms do not have ensuite bathrooms but we never had problems with availability of the toilet/shower blocks (the showers are amazing). A lot of rooms have no windows, so make sure you have one if you care about that. The lower floors are pretty quiet.

BEST TIME OF MY LIFE! The Reggae team is amazing, the dorms are incredible, the food is great and the rooftop bar is even better. Loved this hostel! Also Reggae Love in Penang, although I was unable to stay there because they were full. stayed next door but partied at the Reggae hostel. Would highly recommend to everyone! I was traveling alone and picked this hostel based on the amazing reviews. they really are amazing. they have a good laundry service as well. and very good security.

Fantastic hostel. Loved the big beds in dorm, they have a curtain so its like having your own little pod! Good location near to train station. Could do with an elevator.

Clean, very social, great location and great staff... The best beds I've slept in at a hostel. I would definitely stay here again! Cheers from DJ Kosta ((Miami))

It's a very beautiful building and a nice place to stay. What I found a bit disappointing is that I arrived early in the morning and even though the had free beds they wouldn't check me in before noon. I know that check in is at 1pm, but I was super tired and had to leave the next morning super early again and just wanted to relax. Especially since you pay quite a lot of money for your stay. Besides that: helpful staff, good breakfast and nice rooms with comfortable beds.

The Reggae Mansion is amazing. We had a wonderful timebecause the ambiance is really joyful and fitted the party animal spirit we were in. The rooftop bar is the most surprising facility for a hostel, the view over the Petronas Tower, the giant screen and the good music are the best combination for this friendly spot. The rooms, the dormitory for 16 at least, looks like a summer camp room (which I loved). Loved the place and will definitely go back there !

They could have put some towels for drying our hands as the washing hands area is outside the toilet
