Staff are unfriendly. Street noise was an issue too

Overall one of the greatest budget hotels in Avignon, staff is friendly, room is cleaned, breakfast is alright. But mainly concern about security, firstly my room was left unlocked after cleaning one day; secondly no identification was needed to get room keys (I wonder how good the staff was at recognising guests); thirdly no identification was needed to pick up cared-for-suitcases, which in my case, leads to suitcase missing for two weeks. Suitcase was returned home safely at the end.

The location was superb, right in the center. The Pope's is just literally 5 minutes walk's away, and about 10 minutes by foot from the station. You can really enjoy the night life (street performers, great food and wine, beautiful lights). Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing is that I was hoping to get air-conditioning in that hot weather, but there was only a fan..

Hot and noisy!! Front room facing onto busy street. Couldn't close one of the shutters properly. Location is excellent, but I'm sure there are plenty of better places for the price.

A nice budget hotel, located in one of the main streets in Avignon. Very helpful staff.
