Really impressed with my stay. The room, toilet and shower were all clean. Staff were very helpful and nice, the italian guy helped me carry my 27kg luggage all the way to level4! There's free breakfast and dinner too, for £14 a night its such good value for money. What i really love is the location! So near to tube station and can just walk to the Kensington Palace/Gardens and the History Museum(so cool). Definitely coming back! Thanks Regina Hotel!

I did not enjoy my stay at this hostel. It was extremely dirty and the staff were often unhelpful and unsympathetic. There was also an extremely alarming sign saying that there had been an incident were someone had died and been raped. We did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend it to anyone. It is in a good location, however, the security is a huge issue and I personally did not feel safe staying in this hostel. The toilets were extremely dirty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroo

The wash basin in the room should be cleaned every day. The toilet and restroom should be provided more and cleaned everyday. I understand this hostel is quite old, but you can improve by clean / paint / vacuum. It would be better. 2 meals provided per day are good idea, but cleanliness of the hostel should be better than the free meal.

It is a really good hostel close to the tube( uk metro) and is worth its money but there is a few things to keep in mind since it is this cheap. The showers and washrooms are a bit sketchy. Otherwise it is a good place for a single room in the center of London. I would recommend the place since it is really cheap for that position and get the oyster card( metro card) before you get there

Pros: big and clean rooms and facilities, good weekend breakfast, friendly staff, cheap price. Cons: booking system unreliable (I booked a bed on a 5 male bedroom, but I was given a bed on a 3 female bedroom). Checking in after 8pm is quite difficult since the reception is not 24h. Neither good or bad: location close to Natural History and Science Museums, but nothing else interesting. Narrow corridors and stairs (old building) might make you feel like trapped.

The relation between price quality is excelent, The location is also excelent, the tube is only 5min walking and the tube line is one of main lines to visit london, the piccadilly line. The room was great very clean, warm, tha bathroom also clean, but unfortunely i stayed in the annex and not in the mais building, is not that bad but if you want to go to the breakfast you have to walk for 2min. Overrall excelent hostel definately book again

We stayed in a private room and we brought own linnings to the bed. In doing so the room became ok. So bring own sheets and linings. The hostel's sheets were nasty. And so were the pillows. So bring own pillow as well.

I had one of the most amazing times here for two nights. The food included was an awesome treat! Well done for everything! Hurry up, the place is going to close down in May!

Great Location, breakfast is quite good, but what impressed me is, I was in a 3 bed dorm, the room was very large and spacious! The bed's were not bunks, they were comfortable. There was alot of distance between each beds, and if you have stayed in overcramped suffocating dorms you will appreciate this. There is no free Wi-fi unless you hang out in the common room. The showers are spacious, overall I recommend.

Good value and helpful staff (though they are not always available, and seem quite busy most of the time). Facilities are minimal but adequate, and the timing constraints on something are a bit difficult. The bath, shower and toilet facilities could be significantly cleaner, but they don't quite cross into grim territory. Overall worth it for the location and value.

I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. Good value for money, close to the underground, clean and good security.

The hostel is in a great location, close to Gloucester Road Station and Hyde Park is a 10 min walk away. The hostel is pretty clean but not enough bathrooms and they seemed to be dirty or flooded most of the time. Its good value for money though and the internet is good. I will definitely be staying here again when Im back in London.
