The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was of adequate size, but the bathroom was very small. The room and ensuite were clean, but the hotel needs some updating.

We really enjoyed our stay. The management were excellent and very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending the Reiter Hotel to mall friends who come to visit Venice!

The hotel is situated on a side island just of Venice city. It is in short walking distance of the beach and restaurants and the boat bus to St. Marco square but be warned it does €7 every journey so would recommend you buy a day pass for the busses if you are there for any longer than 3 days. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious especially for the cost. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice get alway to Venice with the welcome addition of a beach!

The wifi could be a little better in the rooms as the router was placed in the stairwell meaning it was very patchy in the room itself (pretty minor I know). Also would be nice if the €5 breakfast was included in the price as the room was already over €80 a night and you'd think €5 breakfast for 4 days would be included. Also, I did notice the "double" bed was actually two twins put together but they were comfortable enough so it wasn't a problem.

It was ok for the price, its not near to important things of Venice but the vaporetos station in close. The neighborhood is nice and hav a lot of restaurants to eat and have a nice dinner. The place has only the necessary stuff, no more.

This was a great hotel. Just if you are in the fourth floor its an attic so you have no windows no view of the city, nothing. But the attention the people give you is perfect, it has wifi all over.

The hostel is in another island so you have to take the "vaporeto" that cost you 7 euro to go and 7 euro to go back to the main island, so this increase the price that you pay at the end. The hostel is fine and clean. Wifi in the hostel rooms is very poor but in the lobby is fine. The breakfast is 10 euro so its so expensive, better eat in other place. Very clean and comfortable

We had a very small room, but the rent was very cheap. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Other rooms were larger than ours but might cost more. The hostel is on an island apart from the main part of Venice, which is inconvenient but cheaper.

It was a nice, warm quiet hotel. The staff were really nice. The hotel stays in Lido, not in the center of Venice, but it's very easy to get there with the vaporetto (waterbus) - they are very frequent and work 24h/day. Lido is a good place to stay and sleep because it's very tranquile and you can visit the famous Grand Hotel des Bains, where Thomas Mann stayed in 1911, which inspired his novella Death in Venice. Also, Luchino Visconti's film of the novel was shot there in 1971.

Although Venice Lido is a boat ride from the mainland, the staff were helpful, friendly & kind. Add the great price to that & I can't see how I could have stayed anywhere better for the money. Only downside was that the wifi was a little inconsistent, but otherwise fab!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No curfew, which was very convenient. Location is a little out of the way. The boat ride was really nice the first time, but then it just felt inconvenient. The bathroom in our 1st room was pretty sketchy, but one of our beds unfortunately broke (the hotel owner was very kind about it and got us another room) but the 2nd room washroom was much better.

A nice place with helpful managers. The distance from Venice proper isn't too much of a hassle so long as you buy a travel card or Rolling Venice pass.

It was okay for the price. If you´re over 29 you should consider paying 40 euro for a 3 day transport ticket. So maybe then it is better to find a hotel in a more central location and for a little more money, altough I think at least in summer it´s great to stay in lido because of the beach. The staff never really talked with us after paying and I really think they should offer a map of venice and a explanation of the sights! Room was spacious and clean, heater and hot water working.

The room was a bit colder as there was no radiator. The wifi strength was poor.

The owner mr. Luigi was very nice and friendly. He speaks good English. As far it was the cheapest option but it was not bad anyway. Our room heater was not so good but it was manageable. Overall it is a nice one!

Great hostel, Jonny was really friendly and helpful with our stay. He gave us a map and all the information we could ever need about how to get to all the sites in Rome, and even upgraded our room for free. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Rome!

Great room in a nice spot! Great for families or people not wanting to be in the centre. Walls were a bit thin, so can imagine it would be a little noisy in summer, but still great value for money! Would recommend,

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is on a different island called Lido but that's not a problem since we travelled using the Rolling Venice pass which entitled us to a 3-day unlimited travels on public transport around Venice (which was really worth it btw). Hotel within walking distance to Lido station and easy to find. Staff was really friendly, dedicated and very easy to communicate with. Bathroom was spotless and deserves many thumbs up. For the price, the hotel is awesome.
