It was not worth the cost I had to pay for the amount of space I got for the room. It was small, albeit it well kept.
Absoloutly perfekt..they offer the room and service of a 3 star hotel with a price of nothing. And the staff are very nice. Being in lido island makes you trip a little longer but in overall i strongly recommend this place
We really loved our stay at Reiter hotel, it was just the right thing for the money. Very clean, and the man at the reception desk was really nice and friendly. Location-wize, it was just the thing we needed, too. We recommend it, it is a really good option for a budget stay.

For a 2 star is was quite nice, Our room was seen to everyday and tidied to a good standard and the staff were cool!
The hotel was in Lido which is 10 mins from mainland venice by vaparetto. The hotel is 5 mins walking from the Vaparetto station. The place was nice for a two day stay. Only problem was that the room was a bit cold
This hotel is far from the center of Venice, but the price can't be beat. The room was clean and the hotel was easy to find.
The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice (they even spoke some English). Although it was located on Lido Island, it was situated on the main street full of restaurants. It was very easy to find and much cheaper than the hotels in Venice directly. I would definitely stay here again.
The island of Lido is excellent and can be reached by boat to the S. Marco and it lasts 10minutes.There is an amazing sea shore if you keep going strait away from the hotel.
Clean, friendly staff, spacious room, easy to find.
Cheap and basic place to stay if your wanting to visit venice! We had a clean rooms, The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location isn't too bad, your on the island lido so you will have to get a boat to explore the mainland venice which is only 7 euros. By the hotel there are pubs/shops etc. The hotel was easy to find with the directions on their website. If I were to visit venice again I would check out prices of hotels on venice mainland. However the boat trips were fun!
Its a nice little Hotel. No kitchen though. Its located 15 minutes from the city centre but in a seperate Island. There wasnt hot water to bathe if we got up late. But otherwise this place was good
This hotel is really far from the city center. we had to take boat(7 euro) to get there.
It was a nice hotel in a quiet place. It's placed in Lido, which is 15 minutes away from San Marco. Vaporetos' station is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very understanding and respectful. The only problem was that we had double sized bed, and they gave me two single beds pushed against each other. It kinda sucked since we had to push it together every now and then. Overall, the price was worth paying and the other things were good.

The location was perfect, just 2 minutes from main boat station at Lido by walking and a very peacefull place.Employee is very kind and helpfull, rooms are quite clean.Ideal place to stay.
our stay at the reiter hotel was positive. the staff was very helpfull/relax and told us everything about nearby restaurants and what else we wanted to know. there is a supermarket and also a bakery very close, so, if you don't want to pay 5 euros extra for the breakfast (which is very simple), you have others posibilities. but also the restaurants offer pizza or menus for a good price. lido is not the island from the most turistic points, but very fast by ferry (10min).
Not a good place to stay more than 1 or 2 days. It was rather dirty, the sheets were itchy, it was pretty dark even when light was on. The bathroom really really smelled and you couldn't keep the door open because of that. Staff didn't spoke that much english. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. If you can cope with that for a few days then it's sort of ok. Except is in Lido, which is nice, but I think you could go to better places for the same amount of money.
The main reception guy, never caught his name, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Our room and bathroom was a bit smelly though, and there was a big part of the wall that was crumbling off that they no so subtly tried hiding with a picture frame. A lot cheaper than staying in Venice though just be ready to shell our for vaporetto rides.
The best hostel so far we have stayed. Very close from the station LIDO. They have 24 hrs check-in which is great for people travelling late in the night. The owner was very kind. Cleanliness at its best. A very quiet place to rest after a long tiring day. Far from the city railway and bus station - about 50 min by waterbus. But very close to all tourist attractions and the Venice centre.
