I'm very glad they had 24-hr front desk reception. The staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great as long as you have a vaporetto pass. Very clean and have housekeeping every day. Only downside was the bed broke when one member of our party laid down, so he had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. He's a big guy (6 ft 5) but I still found that a little unacceptable.

Fine hotel close to the boat stop and restaurants but far from the main sights in Venice, although everything is just a boat ride away. Nice and clean, rooms made up every night, clean bathrooms, all you need in a hostel/hotel.

First thing, the guy at the place took pictures of my friends and I passports which I was kind of hesitant of but overall he had free snacks to eat and the location was fairly nice and away from all the tourist areas. It was very close to the metro which was a major plus.

I stayed there for two nights with my boyfriend. The location is good, there are a lot of restaurants around. It's not far from Piazza San Marco. From the train main station it takes a bit of time, but it's worth it. Our room was small and not as nice as on the pictures, but it was okay, it was clean. The bathroom was pretty old but everything worked. The room and specially the bathroom would need to be renovated, but if you want something cheap and only to sleep it's fine! Breakfast is 5 euros!

The hotel is located at one of the islands of Venezia, Lido, which is a little far from city center (San Marco) (it takes 30-45 min to go there by vapors) However the atmosphere is great.

Nice hotel in a good location - away from the hustle of the main island but still with 'something' going on around it. Decor was nice but dated, staff were friendly. The windows in our room (in the roof) didn't actually shut properly so it got colder than we'd like and the A/C (with a heating function) was feeble at best. Shower also wasn't the warmest. I would recommend the hotel overall for those staying in Venice on a tight budget and would go back again.

This hotel is located on the island lido, a very cute, calm and friendly place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and cheap. I loved staying there. Thank you for everything :)

Kind of far away from the main part of Venice. They made us stay in their attic. When we got there around 1:30pm they gave us the key to our room in the attic and there was still people's stuff in it and it was very dirty. The bathroom was gross and there was no real shower door or curtain. We found a huge centipede/worm in our bathroom too. There was no overhead lighting just tiny lamps. The beds were uncomfortable. Lido beach near hotel was beautiful. But don't stay at this hotel.

Family of 4. Thanks to the accommodating hospitality of the staff we enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Reiters Hotel on the Lido which was very handy via vaporetto to St Marks etc. The hotel was as expected - full of character. Dated but clean and warm with central heating in both bathroom and bedroom. Though no kettle in the room, hot water was readily available from the coffee machine in reception. Our host readily provided us with a large s steel jug. A great base and will return.

It was a very nice stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, towels included. The water bus connection between Lido and the central part of Venice is very good. The station is situated a few minutes from the hostel. Breakfast costs 5 euro but isn’t worth it at all. It’s better to have a delicious cappuccino and croissants at the neighboring cafes for the same price.

Staff was friendly. Price included towels. Room could have been a little cleaner and the location was far, but it was nice to have our own room and bathroom.

Hotel Reiter is a short water bus ride from the Piazza San Marco. By the end of my 3 day stay I was well tired of getting on the water buses but it's an occupational hazard of staying on Lido. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was ordered and our room had ants in it. But the hotel staff were lovely. I would stay here again if I knew the ant problem had been taken care of

Everything was very clean and the customer service was excellent. The location is kind of far from the main part of Venice, but you can easily get there by ferry- it just costs for the tickets. However, the area is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and stores for eating and shopping. I would not mind staying there again at all.

The boat station is really close. The room was nice and clean. You have to take a boat to get here and the price of the single trip is 6,50 euros. But you can buy something like tourist ticket and pay like 20 euros for 3 days which gives you unlimited transportation. Wi-fi only works in lobby , not in the room.

The room was really dirty, dust all over the walls and ceiling... everything was old and the windows don't really close, so it was pretty cold there. WiFi only in the lobby, where the owner smokes and where it was really cold. You don't wanna sit there for too long. Since it's on Lido, you have to go by ferry to get to the main scene of Venice. Who don't bother as long as it's cheap is gonna be content with that...
