Security and location good for the price. Piero gave us a friendly welcome and waited up for us on our late arrival. The staff is easy to communicate with via email. The room though was lacking, beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, room itself has a tall ceiling and was cold and damp the entire visit (grant it was raining in florence but nowhere else did we feel such indoor dampness). Would benefit from new mattresses and maybe a dehumidifier to take the dampness out of the air maybe.

Only few walk from the station. The staff is friendly and our room is so big. Best of all we have a TV, a frige and a microwave inside our room! I would like to stay in for next travel!

The staff were incredibley helpful in making my stay in Florence perfect. Advice on the attractions, where to eat and transport was fantastic. Very central location that is easy to find with great rooms.
