Most wonderful hostel in Taiwan! It's such quiet and relaxed place outside of Kenting with an amazing view right at the sea. Staff consists mostly of young work & travel students who are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Due to its location, public transportation is not convenient but you can rent a scooter in Hengchung and explore the area. The beach nearby is great for surfers (beware of strong currents and big waves) but not much for swimming.
Loved this hostel! I booked for two nights ended up staying five because I couldn't leave! It lives up to its name, it's such a relaxing place. The view is amazing, seeing sunrise is a must. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They organised diving for us, including pick up as we didn't have a scooter. The location is fat out but if you have a scooter or plan to just chill for a few days it's fine. Comfy beds, nice showers and decent wifi.
Really thanks for the hospitality! Here you can enjoy stunning sunrise and moonrise views, and spend some lazy time with pacific breeze. The food is tasty and the bed is comfy. Every night you can have a good time chatting and drinking with local people. The only issue is that public transport to this hostel is rather limited - the last bus to here departs at 17:15. Those who don't have a car or motorcycle may need to better plan their trip beforehand
I love this hostel. It's beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing. If you can make it over to this side of Kenting, it's totally worth it (if you don't have your own transportation, they do offer car service). The sunrise view from here was the best part of my trip around Taiwan.
