Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten. Auch auf unsere Kritik hin, wurde nichts dafür getan, damit wir zufrieden sind. Wir hatten ein so genanntes "Deluxe-Zimmer" mit Fenster im 1. Stock, Doppelbett und Bad gebucht und bezahlt. Wir bekamen jedoch ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster. Unter den Betten lag noch Abfall voriger Gäste und der Teppichboden wurde nicht einmal abgesaugt. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr verwohnten Eindruck.

The staff was friendly and service minded. The breakfast was ok, traditional continental breakfast. The room however had no window to open, was very small, no air condition, no curtain on the window, the bed was below average, the wireless internet was slow and didn´t work on my Mac, and the bathroom was not very clean. All in all too expensive for a hostel, although prices for Stockholm Hotel is quite expensive, there are options that give you more value for money.

The hostel charged me 500SEK more upon arrival than I booked it online for, then kicked me out the second night when I refused to make the payment. Also, the room I was given was not the room I booked; I booked a family ensuite and was just given a room with beds. The facilities were poorly maintained and one of the toilets continuously leaked from the bowl, including anything that may have been excreted into it. The breakfast was the only saving grace to the place, as it was amazing.

The responsibles from the hotel looked like the family from the horror movie The Curse (1987). The room didn't have a window and it was really claustrophobic. It was a room with the size of the bunk. We said that we will arrive late, we specified the hour, and when we arrived nobody was waiting for us. We asked to keep our luggage before leaving, they accepted, we said another hour to pick up hour laggage. When we went to picked up, the guy wasn't there because he was having a beer in a bar. We
