It's very nice hostel! Location, staff, wifi - all is good. Somebody said that doors can't be locked, but it is not true! I like very much big wardrobe in our room, it is very comfortably. And there are shampoo, bathroom gel and toothpaste, it is nice too. But it is small hostel, without kitchen (but with kettle, microwave oven), not for noisy big company of friends. Highly recommend!

speaking english stuff? forget it, here u can speak only italian or chinese... they clean the toilet only one time, at your arrive... there is internet with is quite good
The biggest plus was the convenience of the location. It is right by the yellow metro line which has a stop at Central Station, the Duomo, and other cool neighborhoods such as Brera & Naviglie. This was our favorite part. The room was clean & spacious, no bed bugs, and the internet worked. Our host was nice. She even let one of my friends keep her bags there for the day. The bathrooms could probably be better, but there was a functioning shower, toilet, and sink. Overall, we got our moneys worth
We enjoyed our stay at Zara. It is a little 10 minute walk from central station which was ideal. The room was large, light, and had everything you need with lots of storage. However, we did get disturbed by others who were staying in the other rooms because it is a flat with rooms rented to different people. There is only one tiny bathroom and the toilet didn't flush well, there was another bathroom but the owner only allowed us to use it in the mornings.
Far away from the centre (5 metro stops), unsecure locks (the entrance door stayed unlocked most of the time so anybody could get into the flat - yes, it is actually a flat in a residence building), extremely small, uncomfortable and less than clean bathroom, lots of noise, no breakfast as promised (the landlady just pointed to a teapot, instant coffee and a couple of dirty cups in the corridor saying it was breakfast), and all that for €40 a night! Absurd. Free WiFi was the only plus.
The senior staff member was very polite but one younger girl (in her 20s or so) was extremely and unacceptably rude, I almost left the place then and there. Please fix this or you will lose a lot of customers. There is only one toilet (acceptably clean) in the whole B&B so mornings can be a bit hectic. The B&B is located in a neighbourhood and is quite close to the metro/tram stops so it is very convenient for travellers to visit the Duomo etc.
Clean, calm and private. I enjoyed it!
