They could not even see my reservation and ask me more money than that I have reserved. Behaviors of staff was incredibly bad.

The service was less than helpful with staff that didn't seem to care about your presence. The location is not great and at night prostitutes run rampent in that area. The beds and bathrooms are ok but really less than average, useable however. It was pretty cheap to stay there but I will never go back.

Staff was not present at arrival at night, even though we called and we where told thats no problem, one of the neigtbours let us in. Just one room for shower and toilet and sink, not practical. Because of the dog there where lots of hair all around. Location perfect near central station en Metro station.

Firstly, it is not an bed and breakfast and it offers only a room for a sleep with a very small, dirty and disgusting bathroom. They really do not care about their guests and are quite unfriendly without any hospitality and helpfulness. Only one person which speaks English. Each night was a fitful night. Finally, our conclusion is: If you do not care abouth anything and want to stay for one night, it is cheap and okay to have a sleep with earplugs.

So, we came later then expected and got very unfriendly report from staff. And in the morning she wasn't friendly as well. Seems they're tired from tourist's crowds. Not so clean, not so friendly, not so value for money.

Very nice Hostel! It is the best hostel that I have even stay in Europe!!! Highly recommend! Clean room, nice boss, a warm family feeling!

The toilet didn't flush consistently. The staff was unavailable and stayed in their little apartment the whole time. The location was awful if you want to walk anywhere. Thankfully, we figured out the metro very quickly. Don't book a room here if you're looking for anything lively or welcoming. This is a place to go when all other options have been exhausted.

A bearable place to stop, but would recommend looking elsewhere. Not close to any of the main sights in Milan, and doesn't feel like the safest area. The owner tried to be helpful, but didn't speak anything but Italian and didn't have much information available. You can find something better for the same price.

It was hard to communicate with the staff as they did not speak very good English. There was no information about the city at all in this hostel. The location was close to a metro station but as far as walking distance goes there was basically nothing around there. It also seemed like a bit of a shady neighborhood. I would not recommend it to anyone unless all they were looking for was a place to sleep at the absolute cheapest price.

The hostel has 4 rooms and only one bathroom for 14 people. A lot of noise during the night. We found everything very dirty. Bad predisposition by staff: after check out only wanted to keep your luggage up to 13 h. Poor personal and rude. Never saw that advertised breakfast. Not recommended.
