Rent Room Zara Reviews

We were greeted well, even if we arrived at 11 PM there was someone waiting for us. the place is an apartment with a few rooms, there is no kitchen but there are some small snacks and coffee that everyone could use, which was very nice. Bathroom is not great, a little uncomfortable and tiny. The last night we stayed there there was a group of 5-6 arriving late and were extremely noisy! I asked them to turn it down a bit around 3 Am but noone from the hostel did anything. they kept the noise high

We were quite surprised by our room - it was big, very clean and nice ! With a big TV screen and a wardrobe with a lot of space to keep our stuff. The bathroom was clean as well, which doesn't happen very often for the price we paid. The girl that awaited us was nice and helpful and we had no problems with getting in although we arrived around 11 pm. So if anyone want to have a nice place in Milan without spending a lot, we would strongly recommend Rent Room Zara as a place to stay in!

The staff does not know English. She just answers Italian, very difficult to communicate! It is clean inside. But the room was very big and very cold when we went and we could not tell this situation to the staff because she did not understand. Location is good to stay you can go to center in 5 minutes with metro.

There is good hostel))) From Cetral St. is 10 min walking. To city center better catch metro. And all rooms are big and clean.

We booked for a room of 5.. But we got a room for 3 whiche were added another 2 beds.. Kinda dissapointed..

Pictures showed on the web are not as in reality... Atmosphere so poor, not contact to anybody... Any reception place...not access to kitchen,no common areas... I should admit one of the worst hostel I have been.

good, well located near the metro stop of Zara, really close to supermarket!
