It would have been nice if the driver could have stopped at the apartment first so we could drop off our bags & coats, and then taken us to the reception office. Instead we had to walk, with all our luggage, to the apartment...it was difficult because all the streets & sidewalks are cobblestones & mosaic stones, ( difficult with wheel'y type luggage) and the streets were very crowded. Other than that everything else gets an A+++! Also excellent email communication with staff. Thank You!
