Residence Kozna Reviews

This apartment is very well located, just 30 seconds away from the very central Old Town Square, which is the heart of the city centre. I reserved the 6x Ensuite apartment, third floor with no elevator. Position is very good but very exposed to outside noises (but it was not a great problem). Cafes, Starbucks, change, ATM, minimarket are 1 minute away. Mustek metro station is 5 minutes away. I loved the apartment: very nice, clean, the reception was 24/7 for real and it was very very efficient!

I can strongly recommend this place. It's rather spacious and extremely central right at Old Town Square. Ideal pick for couples or groups of 3-4 people. The staff will meet with you in front of the building and for the rest of the stay it feels like owning your private little one-room apartment down town. Not to mention that 24€ per person are quite cheap for all the privacy and cozyness the place offers. Top choice!

I stayed in the Residence Kozna with 5 friends, and had a great time. The location was amazing, on a quiet side road, less than a 100 metres from the main square. The staff were really helpful, giving us maps with marked out shops and bars etc. They also let us keep our luggage in their office on our last day, after check out. The apartment itself was a really nice size and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedroom was especially nice. I will 100% stay here every time i visit Prague.

The location was PERFECT, and the environment really cozy...they made you feel at home!!

The apartment did not look like on the pictures in the advertisement, the floor was quite dusty and the price was exorbitant - we stayed over new years eve, but still. Location is very central however.
