An amazing hostel, great staff and lovely rooms. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice atmosphere at this hostel. Not really a party place, but there's big, open and well-furnished common room for socializing. It's clean and quiet.

Consistent hot water would be appreciated and a locker for my stuff

Amazing hostel:) Very clean,cheap,good location. Wifi is speedy. But I think shower is only one is not good... Although other things is perfect!!

Very nice hostel. Surely worth the few extra euros (compared to a cheap hostel near the pigeon's square I used 5yrs ago)! Clean, spacious, relaxed and perfect location!

Amazing location, right in the center of Sarajevo and in the middle of the nightlife - which was perfect for us. The breakfast was also really good and the staff was incredible. They put on a tour of Sarajevo and I would really recommend that also. Each room had security lockers (bring your own lock) and everything was very clean, which was very refreshing after traveling around Eastern Europe for a couple of weeks! They do their best to make you feel welcome!!

This was an amazing place to stay. I had a private room, and it was like I was staying at a friends house. It is in a great location, the common room is large, there is free internet and wifi, and a free breakfast every morning. There is a fully stocked kitchen and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I recommend the tunnel tour, which is an eye opening experience.

Like at home! Even better! Those people are really taking care about their guests. In addition, the hostel is perfectly clean and comfy, and you can not beat the location, it's strict city center. Hard to find anything better in Sarajevo, and will come back for sure

more like a hotel I think than hostel. very clean, breakfasts in the morning. the owner is very polite and interesting person who makes tours by himself around the city.

The staff, including the owner's mother, was caring and welcoming. The place is spotless and the beds are really comfortable . Just another proof of how great Sarajevo people are :-)

Cannot say enough good things about this hostel! It is obviously ran by people who love the profession! The hostel is kept spotless clean 24/7! The staff demonstrate genuine care for each and every visitor. They are always there to give an advice or tell an interesting story. You don't just get a bed but a full Bosnian experience!!! Thank you sssssssssssssoooooooo much for an amazing stay! I will definitely come back! PS. I highly recommend the tunnel tour!

An amazing hostel! Right in the center of the old town, great rooms and very friendly staff.

Residence Room is just perfect but we were suprised that there was no running water from 00:00 until 05:00. It was hard for us since we had to travel early in the morning without any shower at all. It was good 3 hours tour arranged by the owner and gave us more information about Sarajevo City. Thanks from Bobo and Tutut.

Our stay could not have been better!!! We will stay here every time we are in Sarajevo. All of the staff at the hostel was so lovely and accommodating and all of their recommendations were wonderful! Don't miss the Tunnel Tour, it was one of the many highlights of our trip to Sarajevo. Our room was spotless. The hostel kitchen is very, very nice. This hostel is in a great location, right in the center of old town and just steps away from great pubs, restaurants, and the market.

I really enjoyed my stay. For all 4 nights I felt very comfortable, the facilities were very clean, plenty of hot water and a comfortable temperature, even thought it was cold outside. The family who owns it is very very nice and helpful. They seem to speak several langauges, including very good English. Besides having very nice rooms, the common area is beautiful and very cozy. Residence Rooms is located right in the middle of town, a short walk from everything. Very pleased.

Rooms are clean. Stuffs are very helpful.

Great location and friendly staff. Yet big living room was a bit cold, couldn't hang out in a relaxed manner, not unusual given outside temperatures of -15 Celsius in February.
