The staff was really kind. Great breakfast. It should just have a lift. Had a great time.

Friendly, helpful staff. Some renovations were not complete, so there was a minor issue of an incomplete bedroom door.

Perfect place to discover Brussels. Old town centre within walking distance. The same goes for the subway station with the best connections and lovely restaurants: they're just around the corner. We enjoyed a quiet, spacious double room which was perfectly cleaned. Thank you Les Ecrins for your hospitality!

Fabulous! Good location and wonderful room. Clean and comfortable. Only minus point was the need to bring the luggage up 3 flights of stairs!

I'm very like this hotel. I just take 10 minutes to square place and don't need to take public transport to the famous viewpoints. It's very clean and have delicious breakfast. The most important is that it have free Wifi.

We loved our stay at Residence Les Ecrins: the staff was very gentle and ready to answer any our request, the location is optimal, very close both to the metro station and to the centre of the city, the room was clean, spacious and worth the price. There are stairs leading to the rooms and no lift, so I don't know how they are organized for people who can't climb them.

We had a room facing the street just by the front door. We thought it would be noisy, but the walls seem solid enough that we had a peaceful night. Facilities were clean and adequate. No frills with the bathroom supplies, bring your own. The internet connection was fast and good.Continental breakfast was provided with bread, cheese, yoghurt and spreads in individual sachets. The fresh pastries especially were delicious. Guy was kind enough to get us a cup of tea when we came in at night too.

We thought the location was great as we could easily visit key parts of the city within walking distance. The double bedrooms with private bathroom are nicely decorated and comfy (and included a few second-hand books). The breakfast was good although you shouldn't expect a great variety of stuff. Try the speculoos paste and sirop de Liège! There was no lift so if you have trouble going up stairs you should think twice before booking. Overall a pleasant experience!

+ clean, cozy, staff extremely nice, gave me great tipps on what to see along with a map of the city, good breakfast, loved it, that I could regulate the heating myself in the room, free wifi, 10 minutes walk from the tourist area, very calm side street, small grocery shop and restaurants close by (max. 10 min walk), close to the metro station - if I really had to find something, I'd recommend to install some hooks in the bathroom to put the towels on

Very pleasant and helpful manager (Edward) in this conveniently situated central Brussels hotel. Everything absolutely fine (and Edward had no hesitation in immediately forgiving me when I informed him by email that I had accidentally taken one of his towels when I left !). The only improvement I would suggest would be the provision of tea and coffee making facilities/machine. I would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is nice in the environment, it is near the Brussels-North Station, and the owner there is really nice as he has helped me to solve the problem that I have had. It is a nice experience staying there. But just a small point that it would be slightly inconvenient for those who carry luggages as there are no lifts.

We stayed in les ecrins and had the best stay. We were totally surprised that our four person room was an apartment that seemed as if it were brand new. The staff was awesome and complementary breakfast was brought to the room every day. Each day the housekeeping staff brought us fresh milk and orange juice. We had tons of space and the security was excellent. Would recommend in a second. Awesome stay!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Only stayed one day/night, but it was in a great location with lots of restaurants to choose from. Right next to the metro for easy transport all over the city.
