There was a small misunderstanding regarding the final amount due to be paid which cleared out eventually, but we had to wait for a while because, supposedly the room was not ready. And that was not ok, we were tired and did not enjoyed waiting . The room was supposed to be ready at 15h00 and we manged to check-in at 16h00.

Perfect Hostel. Not very central but not far away. Very near to metro station. So when you leave the hotel you can be in the center in10-15 mins.

The hostel is great, but the cafeteria is a rip off. They charge single meals as menues and "forget to mention" that they also charged you for other things you did not take (salad, desert, drink).

Apartment was in a very convenient location. 2 stops to Cataluniya square in the Metro. The bathroom had water overflowing from the shower area and had to pay extra for cleaning and towels.

Nice hotel at a good location to public transport. Staffs are very friendly and speak English. Would be great if the guests can request daily room service.

Very nice hostel, close to the beach and city center, with clean and well equiped rooms for a very low price. A nice kitchen with complete equipment is available at each floor and there is a cafeteria on the ground floor.

Simple room, quite small but had everything you need. Staff were very helpful and there were two free computers to use in reception which was great. The location was a bit out of the centre, but only a 10 minute walk through the park to the gothic quarter and right by the metro.

Clean, safe, modern, well-located. 5 min. walk to Auditori. Small, simple room, with tv and private bath. Computers available for guests in lobby. Excellent security, with guard on duty. Cafeteria next door serves excellent hot meals at reasonable prices. Staff extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Interesting ambience with an enormous funeral home right next door.! As a single, older femaile traveler, I felt very safe & recommend this hostel highly for value & quality!

This is a dorm-like prison whom treats all their guests like insolent little children. If you want to pay for an overpriced prison cell, and feel as though you don't deserve any accommodations, then this is the place for you! They don't work with you at all on being flexible with your needs, and they have 24 hour security that only allows residents in and keeps potential overnight guests out. The rooms are small than a Harry Potter closet, and as plain as casing for an apple computer.

The hostel was usually clean minus one night but everynight it was extreamly loud. I would suggeated either posting more signs up about quiet hours or making sure that people are spoken to when being very loud in common areas like the outside lobby by the vending machines.

The daytime staff was so nice and helpful and willing to help us out whenever needed but the night tome staff were rude and hostile. One elbowed one of my guests and had to be told by the fellow guard to go sit down. But the day time stff was exceptional!
