Located right by the Santa Apolonia train station. Very cheap accomodation with nice clean rooms and next to an excelent cheap restaurant and mini market. There is no wifi on the hotel, but you can easily conect the wifi from the train station across the street (the wifi password is printed on the station inner walls). For me and my girlfriend it was an excellent value for money.

My stay at Hostel Oliveira was incredibly more pleasant that i thought it would have been. This was the best location by far for me and my friend. Literally right across the Santa Apolonia train station, where there was the metro, market and a rail system. It is slightly at the edge of Lisbon, but that allowed us to explore all the little things on the way to the center. The manager of the Hostel was real friendly and helped us whenever we had a problem. It truly was a wonderful experience!

Cosy residence. Not very clean and just a tiny room but for 10€ a night we stayed in a private room. It`s great value for the money! No heating so in December it was a bit cold at night. The roof terrace is nice for outside gathering in summer. Unfortunately the WIFI is only available at the reception.

Great place to stay for people on a tight budget!!! 20minute walk from the centre of the city but very close to Alfama area and one of the main train stations and the metro. We would definitely stay again. Only negative thing is the kitchen, there were no sharp cutting knives and the kitchen was hard to cook in.
