I RESERVED 2 BED ENSUITE. I GOT A DOUBLE BED WITH DIRTY SHEETS AND SAND ON IT. ALTHOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS EXCLUSIVE, THE BATH WAS OUTSIDE BETWEEN TWO ROOMS WITH OTHER´S TOOTHPASTE, BRUSHES, SHAMPOO, USED SOAP AND A USED TOWEL. THERE WAS NO PLACE FOR OUR CLOTHS, NOT A SHELF; THE WARDROBE WAS LOCKED. THERE WAS DUST AND GARBAGE ON THE FLOOR. WHEN MY WIFE ASKED FOR BREAKFAST THE LANDLADY SAID IT WASN´T INCLUDED. ONLY AFTER MY STRONG COMPLAINT THEY OFFERED IT

El señor falta totalmente a la realidad de la situación.De entrada al hostel tuvo una inadecuada predisposicion.Todo el tiempo respondia de mala forma y se molestó con el colchon.Nunca tuvimos problemas es esa habitación es el primer usuario disconforme.Debe haber creido que entraba al HOLIDAY INN de las Vegas.¡por una tarifa tan baja!La hb se habia limpiado antes de su entrada.El baño era privado pero alguien habia olvidado una pasta dentrifica.Este comentario es totalmente ofensivo y falta a la verdad. El desayuno estaba incluido pero se sirve de 7 a 10 horas AM y el señor queria su desayuno a las 11:00 hs am. Las toallas deben traerlas los huespedes.
