Very friendly staff and in a good location. Everywhere was clean and was good value for money. The place is more like a basic hotel than a hostel so not much chance for meeting people if that is what you want, but it suited us fine. It felt very safe and we really enjoyed the addition of a balcony to the room.
It is a hotel, not a hostel. Nice vibe, friendly stuff, easy going, close to centre. Clean towels everyday. We extended our stay without a problem. Definatelly recommand!
If you want to avoid unpleasant problems on your holiday,do not book this accomodation.Reasons:1. they do not have free wi-fi as they say-you can use their ancient machine for 1 EUR/hour 2.cleanliness, rooms and the whole hostel are below average for what you can get for this price in Portugal 3.if you arrive just a little later(20 minutes is enough), they sell your room to someone else and they don't want to discuss it = you loose your deposit(or we slept 4 persons on 2 beds for 75% of price!)

I arrived 30 minutes late due to the delayed connection of the bus in the airport and they have already given the room to other persons. We had to look up for a hotel IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT with our bags in a town (Faro) where nothing was available!!!! I lost the money of the reserve a I had to pay another very expensive hotel in which we finally found an available bed at 3 am!!! Their explanation was that they cannot loose money. But at the end who lost money? ME!!!
