Really clean and nice place. Rooms are very secure and stuff is very nice and always ready to help. Very close to train and metro station. WIll be bak again , thank you!

The owner is very very nice. The bathroom was not cleaned to hotel/hostel standards. There is no front-desk or staff to ask questions about attractions. The owner is very nice but we had to fend for ourselves, especially transiting, in a foreign city. The location is fine. It is close (10 min walk) to a major train station. But this is quite aways away from touristic areas.

This hostel was badly organised and badly managed. We had arranged a pick up time with them and they failed to show, the phone number they provided did not work. The man eventually showed up 40 minutes late. He was lucky we understood Italian because he did not speak any English. He insisted on cash payment and then did not provide a proper receipt. He confused us with another, separate booking. The whole check-in process took over an hour.
