We have three rooms and a very big common room where people can socialize, watch TV, listen to different kinds of music, play games, read newspapers and so on. The location is not far from the station. The locality is quiet. The house owner is very nice. But one thing, they did not make it clear that the tax is not included in the price. I think they tried to say that, but it was not there.
