The room was down a smelly alley. We could not open the windows because we were on ground level with people walking by. It was dark and to know what the day was like we had to go out to try to look at the sky! There was a fridge and a kettle which was helpful as our breakfast was instant coffee or tea with dry bicuits. It was quite a walk from the Check-in office but we found there was a boat just 2mins around the corner. The lady on reception could have told us this.

Don't be alarmed that the buildings are separate, the facilities were amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were super charming. Our room had a mini fridge, a water boiler with instant tea and coffee, as well as biscuits, jam, and cups, a television, night stands, and a super nice bathroom. I highly recommend a visit! :)

Unfortunately, TV and WIFI were out of order and the towels were not changed during our 4-day stay. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

NO WIFI. This is a fine hostel- you survive, but its just random apartments all over the city. Our stay was just a room, so there's no common area, no kitchen, no internet access, no printer, no nothing anywhere. Absolutely need to get with the times.

It was a really good hostel, but there's no wifi! And the rooms are about 2 km from the reception! So, if you think you're next to the Stazione Santa Luica, you're wrong. The staff was awesome and she told us where we can find the cheapest and the best food of Venezia. 7,5/10

This is not a hostel. One good thing is that it is close to the train station.and it is clean. It is an apartment so there is not security or contact at the property. The office people are there to take your money, that is all.

The office to check in and out is far from the actual room. No wi-fi. Besides that it was a good stay. No common area if you are looking to meet other travelers. There is a great local breakfast place just along the canal by the street where the room is. They have great coffee and pastries for cheap!

The address of the hostel on the booking website is the check-in office NOT where the room is located. After I settled the balance paymnet, I haved to walked for about 10 minutes (crossing 4 bridges) from the check-in office to get to my room. Though the room is at a great location but the extra distance is really not helping if you have large/many luggage.

My room was not at the location stated on the website. You got to walk for a while but I find that place even better! Big room, big supermarket nearby and close to all the places you would like to go. Nice staff, very clean but no wifi

Personnel is friendly and helpful, gives you advices on how best to visit the city. Free luggage deposit at check in and after check out. I was in a private single room, which is not the same building as the one in Santa Croce 555 where you check in, it's on Calle fiori. Location is central but calm. Really perfect.
