The Japanese dinner was excellent. Rooms were as expected - comfortable bed in tatami rooms (as long as you like firm beds). The couple who run it were friendly and helpful. Bikes for rent. Nearby Onsen (hot springs) was wonderful. Place was nothing fancy, but decent value for money. I found the location was convenient for a short bike ride to see Mt. Fuji from the lake and visiting a hot spring, while still having some restaurants, grocery stores etc nearby.
