Fine place. For a cheap, decent place to sleep, it's perfect.

Everything was pretty good except the wi-fi only works in the lobby area.

I found it very complicated, when I wanted to print out my boarding passes and the Lady at the reception wanted me to send 4 emails to her email-address, just so she can print it out 2m away from my Computer at the internet-Station. it didn't work, so I had to ask her to do it from the computer at the reception and print directly. that was a bit confusing. and the space in our 4bed-room was extremely limited, we didn't know where to put our suitcases .....

Rest Up is very out of the way in the city, but it was clean and had good rooms. Staff was short-handed and had a lot to handle with the facilities and many reservations the hostel can accommodate.

Not a good hostel. Staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the manager. I saw at least 3 people complain that they were put in rooms where there was no bed available. Very unprofessional. The bathrooms were terrible, no Toilet paper in the one on my floor for the whole time I was there, an the all three shower heads were bad, spurted water everywhere but on your body. Wifi didn't work most of the time I was there. Location wasn't particularly central. Would not recommend.

Had a top bunk in a 4 bunk room, it was right beside some sort of heating pipe which basically meant the temp jumped up 10 degrees as soon as I climbed up. Showers were push button with a short span of time before they shut off, neither bathrooms or showers were particularly clean. Wifi wasn't very good downstairs. Location was "ok" - hard to find as the building number for some reason wasn't in sequential order (google was confused). A good 5 - 10 min walk from the subway. Not a lot around.

Staff was slow to help at check in. Also the staff did not even attempt to get screaming guests in halls to be quite durning the night. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area was nice but breakfast should be included in room price.

The staff went WAAAYY above and beyond to help us out. We had missed our flight so had no plans, no pounds, and no phone. We made the hostel reservation 45 min before arriving and just showed the confirmation number to check in. The friendly guy at the front desk even let me use his cell phone number to for the airline to call me back. The only challenge was that the other guests were noisy (in an echo-ey tiled hallway) all night long and our dorm door slammed whenever people entered.

I had sent an email 2 days before my arrival asking what i needed to do because i was unsure if my friend flying standby was going to make it to london at all, and i had her booked for two days. I got NO response, then was charged for both of her nights when i got to the hostel and they guy was very rude about it that checked me in. Also, all of the toilets on my floor were completely overflowing, and the sinks were complete full of urine. This hostel seemed more of a place for little kids.

I think jthis is temporary but he women'showers and toilets were right next to the rife escape, the doors were wedged open and so the whole area was freezing - this on a night of now on the ground in London. Kitchen and reception staff wee friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, sheets and towel clean, what's not to like?

I travel everywhere in the world, and this new hostel is among the best one I ever stay. It was clean, it was newly decorated with a fantastic room which included a private shower and a bathroom. Breakfast and other meals were served at the cafe where you could also meet some other people visiting London. Food was decent for a fair price. I liked the fact that they had free wifi in the public areas. Location was good very close to everywhere with busses right outside the building

I mean, it was a hostel. I wasn't blown away. No free wifi except when no one else was in this one spot. The cleanliness was fine. I've seen better hostels for similar prices, although the price was good. I had four friends and we ended up in a ten person dorm alone one night and then they just moved us to a private 4 person dorm because it was easier for no additional price so that was nice. The staff was my biggest problem giving us completely wrong directions to get to the airport.

A Good location! walkable to Shard or Tower Bridge or London bridge! The free map really helps when you walk from hostel! Clean place ! but everything else is money! Internet, breakfast ! Rooms were spacious but no power sockets (You need to wait in the corridor to get your gadgets charged) ! toilet - only one for the whole floor! Staff was not friendly! he advised to get drinking water from Tesco when we asked him where to fetch water from Hostel! Value for Money!

I've stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and it was really nice. It's situated in Elephant and Castle, and the buses are pass by very often, so it's easy to move around London with no problems. The stuff was pretty nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. I had a great time there and I will definitely stay there again if traveling trough London again! :)
