The website of Rest Up says that in a twin/double room towels are provided daily. When we arrived, we discovered that we had to pay to use towels.

I loved the people and the atmosphere! The broken shower doors were a little rough though. Overall a great stay!

Showers were bad/broken and the location was average. Staff were nice. No complimentary breakfast.

First time we have stayed in a hostel and were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was just ok for the price although I would hardly call the continental breakfast 'continental' as there was only cheese and jam on offer.

It was nice time spent in London. None of us have spent a lot of time in the hotel itself as we wanted to visit London, however, it doesn't change the fact that the hostel was situated very well; closely to underground and the city centre, so you could even take a walk to visit the Tower Bridge, Big Ben and each monument in the surrounding area. The price was adequate to the quality served. I do recommend the hostel for people wanting to visit London rather than looking for various facilities.

Verry clean and good hostel. Friendly staff and nice athmosphere. Only downside is that the rooms were verry cold due to single glass in the rooms.

Complaint: We stayed at your hostel from february 8th until the 10th and unfortunately we are not satisfied and therefore we wish to make some complaints. First of all our room was the only one in the building without a curtain and since our view faced out to the backyard it made us quite uncomfortable watching people walk past us and then realizing they must have been able too see us just as well. It didn't exactly help when the streetlight outside lit up the entire room. This also made it alm

All about the building, location, facilities, etc was ok. But we stayed in an ensuit room on the second floor and it was a nightmare to suffer some people shouting , knocking at our door , running along the corridor and banging on the walls every night till the small hours.

The staff are very nice. Although the wall is a little thin to keep the voice out, compare to the price and the location, the hotel is excellent.

The bedrooms are a mess, no one cleans there and change the bed linen. Receptionists are rude and never even try to help you in case of a doubt. There's no sockets in the bedrooms.

Nice hostel, we were very lucky coz we asked for a bedroom for 6 but we were only two (my girlfriend and me), so it was perfect ! It is big and have nice falicities. Three blocks from the metro stop Elephant and Castle, from where you can go to everywhere in minutes.

Firstly, the staff was quite helpful...however they didnt have a map neither first nor second day which was unpleasant for a first time visitors. Secondly, there was nobody to order a tea from after "breakfast time". The elevator did not work and there wasnt hot water. We were told at the reception that they will fix it. When there is -8C outside and the rooms r cold u expect to warm up somehow. We r not demanding people and we didnt pay much but I would rather choose another hostel next time :(

With accommodation I was quite satisfied. It would intenfere me a little worse quality of cleanliness in the room. Also hygiene in toilets and shower. It was very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and also a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hostel. Safety deposit boxes with coins to pay was rather worse thing. It would be better to solve the fuse box in their rooms with an own key.

The walls are paper thin.Sunday morning we could hear clearly that somebody was cleaning the upper floor, which was not that funny, as we wanted to have some rest. Our room was very tiny, no table or anything to place our stuff on. But was good value and location.

Despite concerns Location was good and really central, it only took like 5 minutes to the underground and loads of bus routes just outside the hostel. Hostel was modern and really clean. Rooms were good I was upgraded to one with its own shower and toilet so great. Public areas were really done nicely, with free Wifi in the cafeteria, some good food for reasonable price and really good looking girls :-)

Rest up London was a great place to stay. All Transport was very close, the staff were friendly, great atmospher. The only thing I didn't like was the shower facilities, but, what are you going to do.
