Retox Party Hostel Reviews

Once you check into this hostel you won't want to check our. Once you get locked in a serious drinking collection the tendency is to push it as far as you can. Best staff I have had in my whole three months of travelling. The hostel is run very well having a new thing on every night as well as meeting all the other party hostel guests. Dont book anywhere else but you will need a week of recovery. Munch is a legend.

Had the best time at this hostel, all the staff are really nice & are awesome to party with! Good facilities and location. Don't expect to get much sightseeing done if you stay here though, you'll be too busy drinking or being hung. Good place for solo travelers you'll be mates with everyone after the first night. Will definitely be back!

This place 'RETOX' was awesome, iv stayed in a lot of hostels and this is one of the best. Staff treat you like a friend not just another occupier and are always happy to drop what they're doing to help out, give advice or solve an issues. The Atmosphere was great, a real social, party vibe and big downstairs bar perfect to meet new people. Every night was different with dress up, pub crawls etc. Best place iv been to so far and couldn't recommend it more......You wont be disappointed!

I stayed for 4 nights before moving to another hostel and overall had a pretty decent time. It's one of four party hostels and the other 3 have differing balances between chilling out and partying whereas this is on the far end of the partying scale. The staff though (from all 4 hostels) are a bit 'cringy' - something I heard a few other guests mention. Would recommend if you're under 24 and looking to booze up every night but then you'd miss out on seeing Budapest for the amazing city it is! :p

My friend and I went for the weekend and had an amazing time. The hostel is in a super convenient location and all the staff were beyond helpful. The nights out were really fun and the staff made sure that everyone had a great time.They gave us a really helpful map which had a bunch of different things to do/see, as well as good restaurants and bars to go to. I wish we got to stay longer as 3 days was definitely too short... but I would love to go back in the summer.

Definitely the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff work so hard to make u feel at home, and put in so much work behind the scenes to organise events every night. I was travelling by myself and met so many cool people. I never wanted to leave.

Will definitely be making a return visit. The staff are what made the whole trip so enjoyable they really engage with their guests and invite them to join in. Perfect for a stag party or a party weekend in general. Will be telling everyone who'll listen about Retox!

This hostel is madd i went there alone and since the first day the staff intruduced me to everybody at the hostel and its party all night very cheap drinks and u eaven have a bracelet of the hostel in case u get lost and drunk at the street to show to the guy os the cap and ill take to the hostel defenily was one of the best hostels that i haver stayed and defenily ill return there!

Cool hostel for partying!

Retox Party Hostel is a very nice hostel with awesome people and staff. It is located in the midst of the city and close to all the nice places of the city. The hostel arranged cool events everyday which made it easy to party in awesome places and meet new people! I can only highly recommend Retox Party Hostel, so if you wanna party and have a good time book for Budapest and Retox now!

Private room was small but good enough for two nights. Towels would have been useful.

I can safely say that I had the best time of my life (thus far) in Budapest because of Retox Party Hostel. I was only meant to be in Budapest for 5 nights, but I ended up spending 11,and if I could have stay longer, I would have! All the staff are amazing people, the facilities are awesome, and it is so easy to meet people and make new friends. After 6 months in Europe, this is the absolute best hostel I have ever stayed in. I LOVE YOU GUYS!! I'll be back soon I'm sure ;p All the best, Macie

Everything was good, just needed some power outlets in the pipe dreams (private double) room!

For the young in spirit, THE hostel to experience Budapest in. These people can partyhardy! Staff really made everything to make the stay as awesome as possible. Cool, relaxed vibe, great people, cheap drinks... – recommended!

Pros: Great staff, great memories and great value Cons: construction on the bar roof, but it needed to happen Mix Animal House with Eurotrip and you have Retox!

Great hostel, amazing staff. It's perfectly located to visit the city and the staff are always organizing cool activities and hang outs. Surely one of the best hostels to party and get to know people. Special mention to Munch who will make sure you have an amazing stay.
