A functional place in the city centre. The kitchen needs work. Internet for those not WiFi'd up.Very helpful staff.

This is my second ever review for a hostel! I've traveled all over the world and stayed in a lot of hostels. Retro has to be one of the WORST! STAY AWAY! I arrived and even as I walked the stairs to my room, the smell hit the nostrils.. the entire hostel felt really dirty and run down! I got a headache and felt nauseous after a short while in the room. Spent most of the stay in a cold common room w/blankets Location is good, and the girl in reception let me leave 1 night early, thank god!

Amazing value, considering the price, location, the friendly and helpful staff. There wasn't a locker in the room but they let me leave my bag at the reception. Thank you, will definitely come visit you again!

Its the bottom of all hostels, i have travelled a lot and never been in so dirty place and beds are awful. Only good thing are the girls at reception, they are really helpful and friendly.
