Very nice place. Well located, friendly staff. Free wi-fi. The only downer was the coffee at breakfast.

This is a very nice hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Willing to wake up whenever to call you a taxi. It is by the main attractions in the city.

The power sockets were loose and sparked when you plugged anything in. This is a fire hazard.

I booked the 8 bed dorm and it was a room at the top of the stairs without a lock on the door and without a locker for any of my stuff. The room also was a passage way to the next room. The result was I didn\'t get a very good nights sleep at all. Other than that it didn\'t seem too bad, close to the center of the old town and with a little kitchen guests could use. If I returned I would definitely try a different room.

It might just have been the time of year but the hostel didn't have any atmosphere and even though there were others staying there the hostel seemed empty.

If you are going to stay in Istanbul, this is the place to be. The staff are loveable and friendly, and it's just great all around. Don't miss it!

The hstel is in an out of the way place which we found it very hard to find. Also, they neglected to mention that there are massive reconstruction works going on outside the place and there in actually no front road, you have to climb up to get in the door! Not what you want. The desk is very "Hip",but not great on local info.we asked one nerd where was nice to eat and - get this - he recommended a casino restaurant that he'd never been to.Classy.

Sound isolation was poor, at best. You can hear every single word spoken in another room and/or the hallway. I could not sleep for one continuous hour all night. (Drunkards kept me awake until four in the morning and the alarm clock of my neighbour awoke me at five o'clock.) Bring your ear plugs!
