Loved the kitchens! it saved a lot to cook my own food. however, i'd say the staff are average in terms of effectiveness and promptness of service. one day, my bus pass was stamped with the wrong date and i had to go back to have it fixed. on the day i was leaving, the girl at the desk assured me the flybus would be around in the afternoon. turns out, she didn't even bother to check that it was coming and had to ask a colleague of hers to drive me to the station so i would make my flight.

they need to provide lockers. the place itself is great, the facilities and staff and all but at night it becomes kind of timid due to all the groups of children that seem to stay here on school trips or something

I loved it there. They were so well equipped, and they had a good atmosphere for meeting other travellors. I felt independant, yet taken care of. They were so helpful with everything from planning tours, to being right next to the best hot tubs in the country! And the duvets were really comfy!

Good and clean hostel but wireless internet didn't work and staff couldn't fix it. There was also good seafood restaurant nearby but staff didn't tell anything about that when I tried ask about restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hostel and would certainly recommend it! With 3 very clean kitchens to choose from this very green hostel is a great pick. The staff however did let us down on the first night through inexperience but I am sure that will resolve itself. Overall a great stay and a fab breakfast!

Nicely furnished hostel with good organisation, good kitchen, staff is usually helpful. but everything has to be paid extra for, there is no possibility of storing things in the quite small rooms.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the great service and the quality of the rooms for the price of which I paid. The location was a little further down which makes it nice and peaceful and perfect for hiking and catching a bus tour; however, the strip of shops and museums is a bit of a walk.
