Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and trust worthy. Really nice people. 😆

Very friendly staff at the reception. The facility had everything you need. Con: Was woken up by two cleaning ladies that decided to chit chat at a very high volume right outside of my room early in the morning.

Our stay was very good. We were expecting a hostel, so it was a nice surprise to find it was actually a hotel! The location is good - a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof and surrounded by restaurants. There is also a fairly lively bar just behind the hotel. However most of the night life was further into the city - about 10€ by taxi. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Free WiFi would have been a nice addition, but it wasn't an issue for us.

The location was perfect, close to everything. If you are hoping to stay some where quiet I'd go elsewhere because the back of the hotel is an ally for night life. The wifi sucks here. They have a ridiculous almost confusing way to use their wifi and you have to pay for a minimum 12 hours and it's only for one device. Why should the hotel guests have to pay when the city gives free wifi spots? It really should be free for your guests. You need to change this because free wifi is now expected.
