They do siesta from 2 and 4 pm on weekdays and from 3 to 5pm on weekends. We had our luggage in the hostal and it was a problem to get it back because they just close at 3pm!! The rooms are nice, but the bathroom is tiny. Walking distance to the next metro is 10 min! 1 hour walking to the old town.

Sta very helpful - I inadvertantly booked the 15th. October when I meant to book 8th. October. They had no problem with accommodating us on this changed date. Receptionist who welcomed us spoke excellent English.

No bad points about the hotel just not where we thought it was going to be so maybe a better map would help , because it was quite a distance from any bars or food ,although we did find an extremely good bar after a bit of walk: But no worries We will use you again ,it was maybe my research was not sufficient !!!!

The set up and phsyical appeal of the place was great. it looked brand new and was extremely well kept.Great place to stay, it was an easy walk to the Guggenheim along the river. Nice view, the wifi was wonderful, and the breakfast was huge. I'Very friendly staff and great facilities, Jose was a very useful guide and gave us good tips indeed. Definitely a place to go back to.

This hostel is very clean and tidy and the female receptionist was fantastic. However the breakfast was of poor quality and there is no free wifi (it's five euro). Also check in times are incredibly inflexible, we had to wait outside for an hour at 8 in the morning after an overnight bus even though all we wanted to do was leave our bags. The location is neither near the Guggenheim nor the centre of Bilboa.

Owner Comment (Show)
Sorry but as we spoke the day before if you knew that check in time is 10 am., why you arrive at 8 a.m.? your room is not avalable at 8 am. We are not inflexible, but we have Reception time, read it again in web please.
