This hostel was amazing. The location was perfect and nice and quite at night time. The staff went above and beyond the owner even escorted us to dinner. The breakfast was great a lot to choose from. I would definatrly stay there again.

We are very glad having stayed in this Riad! Is grateful to have a good situation to start the walkings in Fez´s Medina. with beautiful zellij work and wooden ceilings. There is a lovely central dining area and they provide a very filling variety breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cleaners and breakfast ladies were fantastic. Very helpful all the time. I will not recommend to take a tour guide from that riad.

The Riad was excellent, with a beautiful "andalousi" courtyar, and breakfast was awesome. The only inconvenient that we found was the last day: we arranged with the Riad transportation to the aiport, and the price fixed was 150dh. Our surprise came when the men who carried our luggage to the car asked for 20dh extra, for that transportation. It is not a question of money (20dh is an insignificant quantity) but a question of image. The Riad should be careful about this kind of details which are a blur to the

Absolutely amazing and charming riad. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The tour guide they recommended was fantastic as well. The room was very clean and nice, although being on the first floor with one sided mirrors was a bit discomforting. You can always close the curtains, though. I have only positive things to say about this place.

This hostel was a very nice surprise. Very comfortable, nice and warm blankets, welcome tea, traditional breakfast, friendly staff. They help us to find the hostel when we got lost and also recomended a great guide who showed us Medina. If you go to Fes, this is a good choice.

Riad al akhawaine is very good situated close to the Bab Boujloud (one of the best locations in Fez) Our room was very clean and comfortable and payed a correct price , We were however disappointed to find awfull chinese teacups on our breakfast table , and a poor breakfast with la vache qui rit cheese .Take care with renting a guide , they charge much more to have some extra profit.

The staff were my favorite part. Extremely interested in us and super helpful when we decided to stay another night in Fes, Adam especially. They helped us find another hostel within our price range and had someone come and walk us to it. The only part i didn't like was one of the blankets in our room had sand on it but i don't think my friends even noticed. All around great hostel, but I also recommend Riad Sara, same deal, less english speaking, locations a little farther, but you can go on their roof.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found all the staff helpful and friendly. the room was beautiful and the airconditioning was very helpful. The breakfast was nice and the location perfect. For first timers to Fez I recommend getting the riad to organise a transfer for you as you will never find the place.

An excellent Riad, beautifully restored. Great location: inside the Medina but close to one of the Gates (Bab Bou Jeloud), so it's always easy to get there or ask for directions. The service is faultless. Very clean. Breakfast is good: several kinds of moroccan pancakes, jam, honey, coffee, milk, fruitjuice, boiled eggs, olives and pastry. Our room was a jewel, tastefully decorated in Moroccan style. There is always someone at the riad's door, so that you can stay out late if you want.
