The location is deep in the medina on a very narrow alley and very difficult to find if you come in at night. There is no heat, which makes both the common area and area for breakfast very, very cold. Staff was helpful when around. We stayed a previous night in a Riad about 7 minutes outside the medina that was less expensive and had a much nicer dining area. The bed was large and comfortable. Owing to the filth of the alley ways and motor scooter exhaust, I would not recommend a medina Riad.
