I would definitely recommend Riad Elsagaya, it had a great atmosphere. They had a nice courtyard with a pool and we were able to have a candlelit dinner there. They organise trips, we went to visit the waterfalls at ourika valley which was a great day out with amazing views. We met two others there who had said they had gone on a great trip out to the desert.
The riad was great, the staff were very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond in ensuring that we had everything we needed! The breakfast was always enjoyable in the mornings! It's about a 25 minute walk from the souks, but never seemed that long (only a £2.50 taxi ride if you don't fancy the walk). The riad was beautiful, my group of 4 stayed in 4 different rooms as we kept coming back, all the rooms very great, clean, big clean beds and lovely ensuites! I would definitely recommend it!!

A majority of staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast was excellent, made freshly for each group. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. On arrival there wasn't any bedding for the 3rd bed, was sorted out promptly in the morning, but would have been nice to have this the first place, especially as booked in advance. Card machine didn't work, inconvenient as had to withdraw a large amount of cash!

Nice place, relatively easy to find with a little help. Thank you!
Mixed feelings sadly - a lovely riad that offers a real sanctuary from the craziness of the street. Our room was nice, the pool and rooftop terrace were great and for the best art, the staff were very helpful. The sour taste left though was when we when we booked the room for one more evening; we were told this was sorted only to be told later in the day that another booking for 3x nights had come in, effectively kicking us out, as it was 'better for business'. Mystery tax of 5€ a night
Great location. Comfortable rooms. Basic breakfast. Friendly staff. Also located down the road from the best place I ate in Morocco, on Rue Sid Abd el Aziz. Family run restaurant. On the right side, upstairs, about 100m past the intersection with Ave El Glaoui, opposite a biscuit shop.
