Our private room was lovely. The two brothers who ran the place we're helpful. Breakfast good. Internet worked well. Bathroom door/roof very low in our room, banged heads a few times. And the lady who cleans the place came into clean our room without knocking and we were in bed. Would still recommend.

Great stay at this Riad. The hospitality was great and my room was very comfortable and nice, low ceiling though. Abdul went above and beyond in booking guided tours and my Sahara dessert trip for me. You could find cheaper tours/guides but the quality of what I received was on par with price they were great tours. The breakfasts were great and offered at whatever time suits you. This Riad is beautiful. I would recommend staying here for your next trip to Fez.

Riad Hala is a great place to stay within the Medina. Upon arrival (01:30) in the morning, we were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea from Abdul the excellent host. He spent a long time with us explaining available tours/services that they offer (cheaper than online). Room was spacious, air conditioned, and beautifully decorated in traditional style. The terrace on this Riad is one of the highest area which was great. Riad itself (internal courtyard) beautiful too. Excellent hosts, great location.
