The riad was very difficult to find and I was approached by someone who claimed to work for them, but it later turned out he was simply finding an excuse to charge fees for his assistance. Once there, no one was in attendance and the phone number listed on the HW site belonged to a former employee. He was kind enough to call others who eventually came, but then somehow my reservation was cancelled??? At least they sent me to another place, but they need to re-vamp their service/business model
