We stayed in three different rooms, all of them were quite clean. The shower didn't work at the first room. The breakfast is usually late for an hour, which is pretty annoying. The location is good, but also a bit noisy. Staff is friendly.

Riad is a bit hard to find, especially in the night. In the busy and narrow streets of medina the entrance to the right "derb" is indicated only by one almost invisible nameplate in a bunch of others. The personal is very helpful answering questions and showing directions where to go setting travellers things (buying train/bus tickets, etc...). Working wi-fi is a nice bonus (does not work properly in all riads that have it).

Clean budgetplace for travellers run by a very nice family and great located- really recommended (but if you expect luxury like warm showers at every time of the day: wrong place for you)

In January, it was FREEZING COLD in the room! There was no heating, and two blankets and lots of clothes weren't enough. Location was very good, near the place Jemaa el Fna, but the hotel itself needed a bit renovation, especially the bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights and our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was delicious!

Simple hotel in good location. Simple rooms clean, but very basic. Room cold in now in winter time at night. Intermittent hot water. Nice friendly staff.

Situated 2 mins off the central square with very nice and helpful people working there. Breakfast in the sun on the roof terrace is ace! The building itself is nicely decorated and quite antique. The rooms aren't huge, but there's everything you need. What we didn't like was the fact that at least the rooms on the ground floor were really dark, cold and quite damp. The coolness might be awesome in summer, but on winter nights it was no pleasure. The bathrooms could also use some rejuvenation.

Mehdy is great! double check his advises about the trips to the main attractions though! There is NOT an easy way to go from the Waterfalls to Casablanca Mehdy. Great please by the way, would go back!
