There was no hot water in the whole hotel during the whole day, and the hotel didn't offer any refund or compensation - very disappointing and unprofessional, although until this moment I really liked this hotel...

My friend and I just stayed one night here, and at first really enjoyed the room and the staff were pretty friendly. However, our experience changed drastically when we woke up with BED BUGS all over our bodies. We told the staff and they were not concerned or even acknowledged that they gave us bed bugs, when it was obvious. I don't think they professionally cleaned that room. Our next hostel in Lisbon helped us with our situation and paid for the 80E in laundry that was Riad Innas responsibity

This is a riad not a hostel so it's essentially a little hotel. There are no hostel type facilities but that's is expected. No breakfast included and no tea/coffee facilities even though their hostelworld profile says (or said) breakfast was included. Location is great, right in the old town. Wifi only works in the common area not in the rooms. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

It's a perfect no thrills/budget riad! It is clean, rooms are basic, breakfasts are simple yet nice with fresh OJ, mint tea, coffee, morrocan pancakes and bread. The staff are very helpful just ask, they even showed us how to cook a morrocan tagine ! If we went back would definitely stay again!!

Great location, friendly staff, nice place that is basic but with plenty of charm. Would definitely recommend.

We were absolutely delighted by the Marrakech Suite and thought all the decor in this Riad beautiful. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Probably the best place we stayed in during our family holiday

Fantastic place. Very homely, Moroccan atmosphere, nice staff, good breakfast. And a brilliant view from the terrace. Essaouira is an amazing place, it should be visited by everyone!!
