Our initial impression of Riad Jiddi was great. Unfortunately, while we were out exploring the city, our room was broken into and a very expensive iPod was stolen from inside of one of our bags. We searched the room and our bags carefully, but did not find the iPod. Upon confronting the staff, they were shocked and apologetic--but offered no real solution. The iPod was stolen from a locked room, leaving no other option besides a theft by hotel staff or someone else with easy access.

Riad Jddi2 is an excellent place for a rest after a busy day of visiting Marrakech, it's souks, the medina, the gardens or the other points of interest. The Riad is beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan way and offers all the facilities a guest needs. Breakfast is very good. A special remark goes to the staff and the owner of the Riad. All of them were very helpful, always in for a chat and ready to offer you the best service. They really make you get the most out of your trip in M

It was the most terrible experience ever. I was travelling around Morroco for 3 weeks but this hostel was the worst. Hostel is located quite far from Central part and in this same building I've noticed kinda restaurant, some private rooms, bicycle parking etc. Proper Reception doesn't exist and welocming guest is just "Hi,can you pay now?!" Room was dirty !I had trauma after stay!

well ts cheap. Other than that, there isnt much going for it and there a better deals to be had if your not too stingy and can afford an extra couple of Euro's a night. The owner tried to tell us the 10% deposit was not included in the price as it was taken by hostel world so we had to pay the full price, breakfast was bread with butter plus tea and there was effectively a curfew both in terms of arriving late and staying up late, wtf? Much better off staying at riad rouge or riad rose.
