Our main problem was communication. Two girls with high school French and the ladies who worked there could speak little to no English, despite what the description said on hostel world. Unfortunately the twin room was rather dark and cold on the ground floor. Breakfast was nice, location was great and the place was spotless. The roof terrace and little room off it were really nice, too.

hi girls..so, so, sorry, that I was not there...had to return, to sort out some personal matters, in Zimbabwe. Our ladies speak French and some Spanish and actually do very well with limited English...I am surprised you had any probs. Of course, that depends on what you were needing to ask... Their breakfast Emglish is perfect, as is there knowledge of times and numbers... Thank you so much for your compliments...yes, we do have a lovely, spotless riad, which is well located and safe...and yes, sadly, the twin room, which is the least expensive in the whole house, is a little on the dark side, albeit, having an outside window, and, an inside window. But, it's not, normally, a problem, as one normally uses the bedroom to come home and rest, or to sleep. Sorry you found it cold...how sad you did not put on the heater?? Did you mention this to Kabira? She would have certainly suggested the heater, which we have in all of the rooms! We would love to see you return one day...and perhaps take the room adjacent, number 1, which is sunny? Or...should your budget increase a little, room 3 which again is wonderfully sunny... I will continue to speak to my ladies as much as possible in English...and hopefully, you will notice the improvement, should you return? They have NOT ever attended school, and have been entirely self-taught...and I, for one, am very, very, proud of them...and it's an honour to be in a position to be able to help people, who have been disadvantaged in one way or another, and see their progress...and, with it, pride and happiness! Thanks once again for your comments...always welcome...Sue and the ladies at Lunetoile

This was a wonderful Riad - so much more than we expected for what we had paid. The decor and atmosphere were great as was the warm welcome and helpful service. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated as well as being very comfortable. We loved it so much we hope to come back to stay for longer.

A lovely place on the shore! In the beginning difficult to find - due to maroccan street systems, but once you're there it's just a great place!

We loved our time at this Riad. Great value for the money. It was very quiet, located in the heart of the Medina. Did not always feel totally safe at night, but overall it was fine. The Riad is absolutely beautiful. Very tasteful, very kind staff. Susan, the owner, was eager to help us find good food and activity.

Riad Lunetoile has a great location in the Medina, easy to find (ignore where google maps says, its on the main street in Medina.) Kabrira, the house manager, was great getting us settle and having a very good breakfast available in the morning. The facilities were clean and the top terrace was a great place to hide away during the day. Only downside, Wifi was a spotty, but a trade-off for being right in the middle of the action.
