RM is clean and well cared for by Brahim, Aziz, the Khadijas and Latifa. It's clean, comfortable and a wonderful base for exploring Marrakech and surroundings. On top of that, the staff is incredible; warm, genuine, honest good folk. They help you find information, never try to upsell you, and are always happy to share Moroccan culture and food. My boyfriend got the flu while there, and the staff helped us to find medicine, cooked for him, and made sure he was comfortable. Shukran!

We had an amazing stay at Riad Massin. As soon as we arrived one of us was sick, but all the staff looked after us so well. The two Khadijas and Latifa cooked her food to make her better, and even taught us how to make tagines and couscous - they have "magic fingers". They also took us to a hammam which was ace. Brahim and Aziz are amazing and made us feel so welcome, showing us the best places to go in the city, and also going out to get medicine for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH, we will miss you all!

The staff of the hostel was really great. While I was there, there weren't a lot of people. So I had a dorm for myself and they didn't try to put other people in. They tried to help you where they can and give useful information. I would recommend to get the airport transfer as the hostel might be difficult to find in the beginning. For women traveling alone I would recommend taking a taxi for 2 eur from the big place to the hostel at night. During the day no problem. Great stay!!

Overall the staff was great, house was great and location excellent. There was a small \'misunderstanding\' about the laundry, I was told one price and when I paid the price was 2 1/2 times the amount. It was a simple misunderstanding and not my error, but the woman was hostile to me and then started talking badly about me with the other women in the kitchen loud enough that I could hear them. Very awkward as I had just booked 2 additional nights. I expect this in the souks but not in a hostel.

it's a misunderstanding, because we told this lady it's 25 MAD per Machine, and she ended giving us 3 machines, so it's normal to pay for 3 machines... i am sorry if someone was impolite to you, and i promised i - the owner, to talk to the staff about this kind of behaviour... they should be polite to all the guests.. and i'll make sure this will never happen again

Riad Massin was a nice riad, but it has a few things which has to improve: 1) the bathroom in the girls room was not clean enough and the sink was clogged and flooded, although we asked the people over there for help they didn't do anything, 2) I paid for 4 nights in riad massine 2 and they didn't want to change my room (the 2 riads are owned by the same guy, but riad massine 2 is really pretty),at the end, the guy change us, but with a really bad attitude, 3)hamman was really creepy

The staff is just amazing! Really friendly, funny and helpful! Radija & Radija make a delicious breakfast with home-made pancakes! The even cooked two dinners for us - real Moroccan specialities! Super girls :-) The boys are very very helpful and nice!

The Riad is located about a 30 minute walk from the train station, so you don't necessarily need a taxi. It is really hard to find though - we stumbled on it by accident. To walk to the Djemaa el Fna it took about 20-30 minutes as well, but in the opposite direction of the train staiton. The staff is really helpful, but they never gave us a lock for our bedroom door as promised, but the group in our room after us had a lock immediately on the door. Definitely go to the hammam with the staff!

The hostel has a really unsafe location, it takes 20 minutes to reach the main square and me and my friend had all the time people following us. Even the police told us that after 22:00 it was dangerous to be there, that we needed to get a taxi, but even the taxi can’t reach the hostel, you have to walk through really narrow and dark streets. The other problem are the rooms, there is a living room and the rooms are around it. My friend couldn't sleep because of the noise. We left the hostel

i hesitated to answer this review; but the other guests in the Riad advised me to answer... by the few next days you will see the reviews of the other guests: these 2 girls arrived and were happy, they went out they meet with 2 boys and came later and asked us to refund them the money because they were invited by friends!!!! when i said that this was not fair as they have booked 1 month before, and that they could cancel 24 hours before arrival; they treated me to write a bad comment (and this was in font of the other guests)...

It was really amazing been in this Hostel, it is simple but well organized, trustful and friendly! The room was comfortable, shower excellent. Staffs are really helpful! If you go to Marrakesh go to the desert, it was one of the best experience of my life... Just Amazing!

Best hostel I've stayed in! Loved my time at Riad Massin. I stayed for four nights and made great friends with other hostel go-ers and staff. The riad is beautiful in style and well taken care of. There is excellent free shisha and mint tea to be had as well. I would recommend you bring either headphones or ear plugs for sleeping though, as the building is made of stone and sound carries at times. Otherwise, perfectly beautiful stay! Ask the staff about the hammam :p great time!

The Rian Hassin is the place to stay! The staff is really great and the women that work there really make it a fun place to stay. Shout out to Brendan and Azizz for holding the Riad down and hanging out with everyone. Honesly the staff was Awesome. The location is great because it is nice to be about 10 minutes away from the square. The breakfast is also really good.

One of the nicest hostels ever! Absolutely nice staff, very new accommodation. The rooms get cleaned every day, you get towels, and a comfortable blanket. You can use internet for free. The hostel is about 20 Minutes away (to walk) from the main square Djemaa el Fna, but no problem to walk! A little bit hard to find! It's absolutely worth the price you pay!!
