The staff were very helpful, informative, and friendly. They gave us a detailed description of the medina and the city and gave us good advice on landmarks to see and how to get there. They also were really helpful when we asked for suggestions on things to do or places to eat.

Omar and his family were very hospitable and provided stimulating conversation about Morocco and Marrakech. Of all the riads and dars that we stayed in, it was refreshing to be at a riad owned by Moroccans and who really cared about our experience. (Omar even printed our boarding passes for us at no cost). We stayed in the downstairs standard double which was basic, but a glance at the 2nd flr deluxe double seemed much nicer, so I would recommend that option. Breakfast was also excellent!

Omar was a delight, very attentive and willing to help us with anything we needed. The hostel looks like a palace and the view from the terrace is sublime. Thank you for everything Omar x
