Property Information:
The house is a nice and relaxing Riad located in the medina of Marrakech a few minutes walking only from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and the souks (markets).
The house is composed of 6 double-triple-quadruple rooms each one equipped of an en-suite bathroom, (PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ROOMS WITH A/C ) a central Patio decorated with Moorish furniture and a plunge pool in the center, a nice living room and an open air living room corner cool in summer time and very cosy during winter season. There is also a Hammam and a massage area as well as a very nice terrace well equipped for sunbathing.

Breakfast is NOT included but it can be served for all guests at 3 euro per person per day:
Breakfast includes: bread, moroccan crepes, jam, butter, cheese and mint tea or coffee at your choice.
Coffee, yoghurt, omlette please let us know if you would like any extras. (price list on spot)
The kitchen is for staff only, please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to assist.
Towels:
Private rooms : towels are available and we ask for 3 euro per towel and per stay
We ask that you are careful if you have henna paintings or similar as the henna can damage the towels and we cannot refund deposits for damaged towels.
Please Note:
Please send approx. arrival time so we can meet you on arrival.
We require payment of the outstanding balance in cash on arrival. The rate we apply for payment in local currency is as follow:
1 euro = 11 dhs
1 USD = dhs
1 GBP = 14 dhs
Changes and Cancellations made on arrival will be charged for the full amount as stated on your booking.
E-mail us if you need airport pick up : 15 euros one way max 2 people; 20 euro one way for 3 people max or 25 euro per person if 4 and 5 euro per person from 5 people on,
please let us know your approximate arrival time after you receive your confirmation e-mail.

Quality and size of rooms really varies. We spent several nights in different rooms at So Chaep So Chic, using it our base during trips to other cities. While the first room was way too small for the 3 of us, the second was fantastic. Third we were given a room in a partner riad 5 mins walk from the hostel. Rooms were ok but that place's character was less chamring. Breakfast is not a good deal. For 3 EUR, you get bread, jam, honey, butter and cheese. That's it.
