I spent one night with my friend there in january. For the price is a good place to stay, near to the main square. The water was hot but the blankets weren't enough for the cold night. The bedroom doors didn't have keys, although our things were there the whole day and nothing happened. There is a sign saying that the guests should come back till midnight. Small and cute breakfast. Prepare your french!

Lovely building, though good to see renovations being done as they are greatly needed. Good location, when you find it and nice staff. Bathrooms could be better.

I had a wonderful few days at this riad. It was truly a family affair with the owners living upstairs. The riad is simple but lovely and in a superb position for investigating the old parts of Marrakech. Highly recommened and great value.

Only one thing I could highlight: the price. If you are just looking for a place to sleep in 10 beds room, this place is good enough. But no wifi, staff missing, no facilities, one small bathroom... This Riad will not be something you could talk about as an experience.

This hostel does not exist. We were very disappointed when we were greeted by the owner of the house and told the hostel had been sold long ago. We, and others, had to find alternative accommodation at once. Not very nice. Hostelworld should check that what they offer is in fact available, after all they do charge a fee for their services.

Should clean under the beds, the time restriction is not good and at least someone to communicate to the guests. Also, maps are important

If you are a budget backpacker looking for somewhere simple, clean and cheap to rest your bones for the night, then this is the place for you. It is very simple and run by a very amazing lovely lady. Breakfast is simple and great, and the location is in the heart of the Medina. Like all the best places, it is a little tricky to find, there isnt really a sign on the door and you wont find it on your own, so tip a local a Euro or two to show you the way and it will save you an hour or so.

A lady opened the door who could not speak any English. The room was fine, although a bit crowded. Only two rooms were occupied during my stay, which made it okay. Only one sink was working, the toilet cubiles are tiny and with little privacy. I would not recommend this hostel and would not want to stay there again, even though it is a nice building with a good location.

Beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. But no hot water when we wanted to use the showers. We were woken up at 6.30am by someone singing really loudly (and badly) and it continued thru the morning. At 7am we heard her telling stories to 3 children RIGHT outside our room, then from 7.30am onwards the children were screaming and running around while the woman was singing super loud. Felt more like a kindergarten than a youth hostel. Staff did nothing about it, was so inconsiderate!!

best place ever!! I have a friend whom at the same time was staying for a few days at a touristfair, placed in one of the larger holes in town, paying 420 euro a night- l cant dream that she ever had such a swell time as l had at the R.Z.Y.H. she had a bathtub in the the bathroom, alright, but we had hot water all the time, bathtub l have at home, praise to God, small room for the feet at the traditional"european" toilet, maybe the space was made for the more efficient "eastern" type-no big deal!

Riad zitoune was a comfort in the chaos that is the jem El fekna square. Nassima and Amana were both incredibly courteous and kind. The rate was more than fair given the very clean and comfortable arrangements.
