This is more of a hotel and we were only there for a night so it was fine for what we needed, but if you were in Bilbao for longer it would probably be better to stay somewhere more central.

Very nice place. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Clean and comfortable and pretty good value for money.

The room & brekfast were both acceptable. Location isn't great. 20 mins walk to everything, including food. There is NOTHING around this place except 1 bar next door. Buses are very infrequent, so plan to walk a lot. They also prohibit guests from bringing their own snacks and even water, I guess so that you will buy from their vending machines.

dont judge the hostel by the surroundings, it is very safe and clean and the staff are very helpful with limited english. value for money.
