Awesome hostel, nice rooms, good people, location is good. Loved it so much we stayed for nearly a week.

Recommended hostel Keamanan bagus. Stiap pintu masuk ada passwordnya Lokasi strategis. Cari makan, naek LRT n bus sangat mudah. Dekat Petaling Street, Central Market, Sri Maha Mariaman Temple, Kasturi Walk, LRT Pasar Seni, dll Staffnya ramah n bisa bahasa melayu. Jd nda ada kendala bahasa. Hehe Smua ruangan berkarpet kcuali kamar mandi n toilet. Wkwk. Cukup bersih, tp kdg ada bau2an krg sedap kalo karpetnya lembab terutama di depan kmr mandi Kamar dilengkapi AC n colokan listrik. Lumayanlah

We loved everything about this hostel. We felt like at home. Beds were very comfy and facilities were very clean. The staff were wonderfull and we will miss them and this hostel very much! If we ever come back to Kuala Lumpur we will stay there again!! Thank you!

The initial appearance of this guesthouse is clean; however, there is an underlying problem with poor ventilation and mould contamination. Strong musty smells in room and shower/toilet. Walls in shower are painted black, perhaps to cover up fungal growth. My partner and I both experienced respiratory problems after staying here for 3 nights. Blankets are really small, so ask for an additional one. Internet is fast, breakfast offered is toast & jam. Entrance is at the rear. Staff are friendly.

The front officer is nice and helpful. And the booking price is so good. The facilities provided is enough for the stay.

Stayed here twice, and had quite a pleasant stay both times. It did take us an hour to find however the first time when we arrived in Kuala Lumpur. Everything is very clean, the cleaning lady does a very good job. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

This is dirtiest hostel i've never seen. The hostel is above from a convient store. The hall is smelly. The shower is really dirty and somethings were broken. In the room, it smells indian smelly stuffs. I stayed 3 hours in this hostel and all my clothes smelt indian. So don't go there. For 1 or 2 euros more, you can find much more better hostel in the same area. N'y allez pas, c'est vraiment dégueux. Ca pue l'indien (j'ai rien contre les indiens mais je ne supporte pas cette odeur)

Thank you for your feedback. We have to clarify few things here professionally that it is completely unfair to determine your stay at Ribbon's Stayzz within a day with those words. However, we take this feedback positively to serve our repeating customers better ( approx 87% of our customers are repeating ones.) and this is the ever first time that we ever receive such feedback. Besides, we are surprised to see word 'Indian' took place in the feedback which we now have to calm down some Backpackers who aren't happy with your feedback and already lodged relevant report legally as RACIAL ABUSE. We will investigate this legally and we will be taking action legally on this matter. Dear Customers, do visit personally to our venue, have a look and please decide yourself on our service quality. We hope one negative feedback will not bring down our sincere and dedicated works to serve you to be a truly Malaysian whenever you're in this country.
