Great location, Great entertainment and Great staff. Very welcoming and nice clean rooms, 3 steps from the private beach. Located on Lamai Beach, lots to do and very calm. Awesome fire show. Close to all markets, restaurants and shops. Excellent unbiased tour advice. Would definitely stay again.

The staff couldn't care less about you. Location us great, right at the beach. I would recommend this for backpackers wanting a bit of luxury but if you are going on holiday I wouldn't bother here.

all very good. The room was far better than we were expecting for the price. Location wise we had mixed feelings. It's two seconds from the lovely swing bar which is on the beautiful beach but for two twenty something's the nightlife was poor. This could have been due to the time of year though. Definitely somewhere for families and anyone looking for a quiet holiday. Overall though it was great place to stay.

The location is great, swing bar is cool, very relaxing and near the main street. The negatives - Staff seem kind of rude and like the cant be arsed. The rooms have no natural sun light, so when you wake up at 8am, for all you know it could be noon or 4am! very strange. Apart from that its good value for money

We came in, no "hello or sawasdee" no. we had to pay the bill for the overpriced taxi and room first. when we entered the room, there was a smell in the air, like someone spread deo. later we realized why, bc the room smells like a canalisation. seriously, we were so disgusted, we decided to leave one day earlier. the staff is a catastrophy, when you have a prob. they come in a pack, speak thai and laugh about you. superiorroom has no daylight window, no chance to get the smell out. never again

We stayed here when traveling to the full moon party. You can get a pick up at the hotel to the pier, and a ride back for an advertised 1000 baht. This seemed to be the most happening place on Lamai beach, and they provided tons of amenities. Highly recommend it.

A very good budget friendly hotel near the beach. The rooms are basic but clean and very good for the price and location. We had a small problem with the hot water shower but the reception quickly had the maintenance fix it. There is free sunbeds on the beach to use and the beach is very nice. We booked 1 night here and ended up extending on the hotel website for another 3 nights because we liked it so much. It is definitely good value.
