For the price we were happy. Most of the staff were helpful, especially when my fiancee lost her credit card, even offering us use of their personal phone. The only major complaint was that the whole place reeked of kerosene, which we assumed was due to the weekly fire shows across the road at the Swing Bar.
absolutely loved this place, a nice break from dormatory style backpacking to a great room with aircon and super clean and big. Just a few meters from the beach and a short walk to the nightlife and bars in Lamai. This resort is connected to a restaurant on the beach. The food here is ok but you could find better at the stalls on the main street. Would recommend if you want a place to chill and sleep properly in Thailand.
Initially put in room had vomit from previous guest in bed and on floor that wasn't cleaned. Moved to a balcony aircon suite. Smelt better. Was fairly clean and tidy, was fine for money. Would probably stay again in future. Chaweng beach is probably the better beach to stay at if you want more party location and vibe. The Lamai beach and the bar out the front is nice :) bar staff were fabulous.
Lovely stay with lovely staff. We booked 1 night and ended up staying for 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location right near the beach and the rooms are pretty much hostel pricing, but you get your own private room with tv, safe, hot water shower. The room was cleaned daily and 2 free bottles of water in the fridge every day. I would say it is great value for the price. The staff are fairly friendly and helpful with any questions about tours or tickets for traveling. Great stay overall.

Really great place to stay, the beach right there, and swing bar there to with great food and drinks, shops really close by too! The staff were always helpful and friendly with anything u needed from booking taxi/scooters to helping you book ferries or flights and getting you there too! Definitly recommend this resort to anyone!
Enjoyed the hotel portion of my stay. The restaurant associated with the hotel, The Swing Bar, had terrible service, overcharged at times and had sub standard food.
Rude staff, very dirty and warm rooms with windows to the corridor, loud, unfriendly guests, very bad hostel!!! You can find better hotels for the same money! The receptionists favorite word is "NO"! Not helpful and very unfriendly and rude!!!
When we arrived at 2, the check in time we had to wait an extra 45 minutes for our room to be ready, the staff were very unhelpful and did not seem to know what was going on. The room had no window, which is fine if specified but it was not and there was a terrible smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom into the bedroom.
The beach was lovely right near the hotel. The room had everything you need mini safe, fridge, hot water shower and tv for a great price. This was a great choice cheaper and yet better quality than some of the other hotels we have stayed in on our journey. The bar across the road has great fireshows on the beach worth checking out.
