This was a nice place, staff were not very friendly when checking in. Nice roof top pool. standard rooms are very very small.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, room was nice and clean and with a/c. Free wifi is a big plus as well. Only thing I found pretty bad are the rates for late checkout, thought it was a bit of a rip off!

The staff was so terrible I refused to interact with them after check in. Seriously awful. Aside from that the hotel was mediocre at best. This is coming from a guy who did a trip through europe sleeping on park benches. Avoid this hotel until the management learns how to hire properly.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness, free internet, location and rooftop pool of the hotel. BUT the staff was very unfriendly- they weren't friendly or helpful at all and didn't seem to bother whether we had a pleasant stay. When we were asking for a description of the best way to go to see some sights the staff didn't want to help and just told us to take a taxi even when we said we really didn't want to take one!

The Rikka Inn was expensive, humid and the air conditioner has never been cleaned so when you turn it on it just stinks like cigarettes. I was sweating because I didn't want to run the a.c and coughing because it was so humid. Horrible stay. Never again. Especially after walking down the street and finding a better hotel for half the price.

Location is amazing, however staff have very very bad English and are rude (at least the one at the front desk I was dealing with) the hotel itself is nothing special, way over priced compared to other places that had the same facilities and more character.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. You are right in the middle Khaosan Rd, which is always awake and ready to go, and within walking distance to the grand palace. My only complaint would be that, at times, I felt a bit unsafe because random people were knocking on my door and asking me to go out for a drink even after I had made it clear I was not interested. But, overall it was a good stay, very helpful staff, and a killer view from the rooftop pool (especially at night).

Since it is located on Khaosan Road it is very noisy until 3am in the morning (perfect location if you're looking for nightlife yourself). Apart from that it is a nice and clean standard hotel with a beautiful pool on the rooftop.

The location of the hotel is very good for night life, lot of bars, pubs around the hotel. But since it is inside the Khaosan road, it is very noisy until 2 or 3 o'clock mid-night everyday. In short, I think the hotel is worth its price, the stuff are also very friendly. And they have a beautiful poor on the roof of the hotel!!
