Located on a plot of 1,000m², our house has a spacious, charming open area with a beautiful view of the city’s landmarks (Guanabara Bay, Downtown Rio de Janeiro, the Arcs of Lapa and the city of Niteroí).
We also have a pool, a deck and a bar, all within a real rainforest with several species of Brazilian plants and – if you’re lucky – monkeys.
You can relax after the beach, have a drink before experiencing Rio’s nightlife or make the party right here! We also host events almost every weekend, further improving your contact with the Rio lifestyle and local Brazilians.
We offer 10 rooms in the best location in Santa Teresa. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, lockers and a balcony with a view. We have options with shared bathrooms or private bathrooms.

List of Pro's and Cons: Let's start with the cons: Arrived ant the reception could barely speak English. We were placed in a dorm downstairs-on suite- but no hot water for three nights. Breakfast was not a buffet and I waited ages for mine. Dorm was very small with no wifi reaching our dorm. Some of the PC's didn't work. To top it- I saw a rat running outside our room the size of a small dog. Pro's: Good location if you are a partier-next to lapa- we had some good nights there.

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
We do not accept guests under 18, even accompanied by the parents.
We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation.
Check-in: 14:00.
Check-out: 12:00.
If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% of your booking in advance; this is in order to secure your booking and is a non-refundable deposit. You may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking. This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year’s Eve or Carnival.
